this is not a real company I was scammed 1000 + from the day she received the money she stopped communicating with me via email.
she will ask you to pay western union or money gram and say this is the only way to get it she will promise delivery in 5 days but once the money is received she will stop communicating, I even had another friend set her up to track her ip and she just moves on to the next client she even gave my friend a fake tracking number.
please do not order from this company this is a fraud, scamming company

The first couple of times you order, everything goes perfect. After the third or fourth time they will keep your money. I placed an order on 12-7-10. western union the money and have never received the product that cost $262.00. Everytime I contact flyniketrade. com they advise me the product is on the way. They gave me a tracking # but each time I put it in usps.com it shows the package has never left China.

Placed an order on December 7, 2009. western union the money. They state they received the money but I never received the product. FN:30075 was the order number. The amount was $262.00. and the tracking # they sent me for usps.com is ee480272071cn. Everytime I email them at [protected]@hotmail.com they state the order is on it's way.

I ordered 2 pair of boots and 3 pair of Nike Tennis shoes on 11/29 and I sent the money Western Union.

And I never received any of my order, I was even sent some bogus tracking #. Lesson learned I will never trust a site like this. My son had ordered a couple pair of tennis a few months prior and he received his, but I think the site needs to be shut down so they can not rip anyone else off.

Returned a purchase I had bought online.

Took 20 minutes once I reached the front of the line.

Mike the manager never greeted me and Irene the clerk entered the data 3 times before she got it right.

It took 20 minutes for the whole process.

I hope I never have to go back there again.

I seek your help in resolving a complaint that has left a very sour taste with Nike and its lack of customer service. I have been driven pillar to post without any resolution. I am detailing the case below and hope you take the necessary action and appropriate compensation.

•I had purchased shoes from Nike Showroom at Khar (Linking Road) in Mumbai, India on Nov 22nd, 2010 for Rs. 8900/-. Unfortunately the product has been defective as within a month the mesh in shoes came out.

•I had taken the shoes to the same showroom on 22nd December 2010 for a replacement. The sales person at the showroom informed me of his inability to take any action and requested me to come back on Friday 24th December 2010 to meet up with the showroom manager.

•On 24th December, the sales manager informed me of his lack of authority to remedy the situation and that the shoes would need to be sent to the Bangalore office for approval. I was further told that this would take an additional 3 – 4 days time. I was given a claim receipt (No. 20358) and asked to come back to collect the shoes on 28th Dec. The scanned receipt is attached to this email.

•On 2nd Jan, 2011 – a good 8 days after claim submission and with no intimation from the showroom, I went to the showroom to collect my shoes. The sales manager rudely informed me that 4 days were not over yet and that I would need to wait further. This despite the fact that the claim receipt contradicted his statement. I insisted that he find out from the Bangalore office on the approval. I was promised a call back by 3rd Jan; however this has not yet happened.

•On 4th Jan, 2011, I called the store on 4th January 2011 to check on the shoes status. The store person curtly hung up the phone by saying that the shoes have been dispatched from the Bangalore office along with the approval and he would let me know once the store received it. This till date has not been done
This rude, curt, delaying tactics and total lack of customer support is not expected from a global icon like Nike. I have always been a Nike customer but am considering moving my loyalty to another brand.

I hope you take appropriate action and ensure that the shoes are delivered to me at the earliest. Moreover, I feel justified in asking for compensation of Rs. 500/- for the expenses incurred in travelling to the store multiple times from my home (a distance of 15 kms), non-utilization of paid gym membership, apart from the mental and physical strain. I also recommend that you train your store people appropriately on customer handling.

I ordered a Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly II FG White/Blue(model: NikeMercurialVaporSuperflyIIFG01) from Shoeset.com. When I received my merchandise, it was some kind of UGG leather boots, You can see the pictures I have attached to this complaint. 1st pix is what I ordered, 2nd pix is what I received. Not just that, when I file a complaint with them, they even have the audacity to ask for $30 USD more and want me to keep the boots before they will sent me the soccer cleats I ordered. I refused that because the wrong boots they sent was the 2.5 size smaller than my size. Here's another kicker, when I received my credit card statement today, I notice they charged my credit card more than the purchase order they sent me. So, I say, be very weary about ordering anything shoes from this company. I believe they are based in Shenzhen China.

during my visit to hongkong i boughta nike max air black colour shoe
i got 8.5 size.
it was tight but when i wanted size 9, i was told that it will go lose so you donot go for higher sixe.
i took this advice on face value.
after use it did not go lose.
i stopped wearing it for some time .
recently i visited nike store in bangalore india to buy a new pair in replacement.
its not done telling that matter should be referred to international warranty

Do ... not... I repeat do not order from this company it is a total fake... they will send you the wrong style sneaker that does not match your order... and then they will not respond to your email for return or exchanges..

Im not sure wether all the shoes on here are fake but the ones i researched into that i was going to buy were fake as nike had never made a pair as such, it is a CHINESE site, do not buy if you dont want any problems.

I have been looking for Nike size 6-8 medium black crew Elite Basketball socks for days, I've been to all of the outlet malls locally for Nike, and I'm being told they don't actually make the medium 6-8 black Elite Basketball crerw socks. Is this true, and if it is, isn't it false advertising to put on the size chart for the socks a medium, then they don't make it? Does anyone know where I can get these socks for my team? Can someone officially tell me that they don't exist?

I bought a Nike basketball shoes from FinishLine. After wearing the shoes 3 times, I notices that the soles started to fall apart and I worried about my own safety to exercise while wearing this kind of shoes. So I filed a claim from Nike website and mailed the pair of defective shoes back to Nike. To my surprise, the "inspection" by Nike came back as "Claim Denied and (Shoes) Recycled".

That was laughable because if Nike recycled the shoes, that means that the shoes were unwearable and, thus, defective! It is obvious that the glue Nike used to manufacture those shoes are defective! Nike, on the other hand, refuse to admit it's their fault but recycled the shoes anyway.

According to information disclosed from Nike website, they have recycled millions of shoes. It makes me wonder how many of them were defective shoes. One can even make the bold claim that since Nike is so sincere to recycle its shoes, Nike choose the glues for it shoes which is not the strongest! I used to have Nike shoes that lasted more than 12 months. This pair of shoes only lasted less than a month. How pathetic!

I paid one hundred and thirty dollars for a pair of nike shocks thinking they would last a long time ! The bottom of the sole came off and i cant even wear them anymore! I purchased a pair of mercurial trainners and after a while started to stink nof cat wee, I have had this problem before with total nintys, My son who is eleven is now being bullied as they think it is his feet that smell. I have tryed to return them to the shop and have been told its to late for an exchange. After many years of buying the Nike brand I now no longer wish to do so as I feel that down by the company, this is on way our fault but theres, so they should do everything to rectifiy their problem. i bought a pair of nike total 90 trainers and after 3 weeks the smell is unbearable, like cat wee. i returned them to the shop where i bought them but they have had no complaints and wouldnt change the nike trainers. i know from watchdog that nike have had problems with these before and i would like some response on this as they cant be worn because the smell is so bad.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes at Nike store at Centralia Factory outlet (between Seattle and Portland) for my 8 years old son. After wearing only two weeks, the rim of shoes separated from the cover. The gap is about a quarter inch wide.

I am shocked at the poor quality of the shoes. I hope Nike can pay more attention to their quality.

I attach pictures of proof. One picture shows the bottom of the shoe, so people can see the Nike logo and you can see the shoes are still pretty new. My son has worn them for only two weeks (he didn't wear them every day).

my name is andrew hilton and i have been playing golf for 5 years and in that time i become a
5 handicapper this has been mostly due to the nike equipment that i have purchased.
My most recent irons were a set of nike pro combo irons 3-pw witch i have now had for 2 years
and i was very happy until i was playing a round the head of my 7 iron came off.
I went to direct golf and they told me it was unusual as there was no rust around the break,
i paid to get it re-shafted and though nothing more about it until 3 weeks later when the head of
my 3 iron came off and like the 7 there was no rust i returned to direct golf and they told me that
my irons are faulty but couldn't replace them because i had had them over 12 months.
I have now lost all confidence with these clubs witch is a shame as all my golf apparel is nike.
On average i spend about £800 pounds a year on nike balls and equipment and really need my
faith renewing please help...

The Nike+ application is infuriatingly defective. A sensor is purchased for $20.00 to be placed in special shoes that cost over $100.00. This sensor then communciates to your iphone providing workout data such as pace, distance and time. The application is notoriously defective however, in that often the sensor does not communicate effectively, thus causing incomplete and inaccurate data to be stored. For example, the application often will keep track of workout time, but will not measure distance or pace, thus reducing your iphone to a very expensive stopwatch. With the current way this ineffectively operates, it is impossible to use the product to improve upon your workouts or adequately track your performance. It is a crime that two mega-companies like Nike and Apple could charge consumers the outrageous prices they charge and then provide a product that so disappointingly does not live up to the promises both companies have made.
