I purchased a pair of Nike cleats for my 12 year old daughter in March/April of 2019...

These cleats already have a hole in them...(in the right inner toe area...

We often purchase Nike gear for her thinking that it will last a long time, but these only lasted about 3 months. It is disappointing and I was hoping Nike will reimburse or replace this pair of cleats.

Hi I bought these shoes for my son 6 months ago he has worn them around 12 times as they were for going out in, however the air section in th heal has popped or developed a leak and as they don't effect the wearing of the shoe he can't wear them because as he walks in them they make a lo und noise as the air comes out each step. As my receipt has faded the shop said there is nothing they can do. I should contact Nike myself.
Now Nike are the only shoes my son likes but I'm extremely dissatisfied that these shoes have not held up concidering no sport or jumping has been done in them.
We paid $130 with the special they had running in the stor and expected to get more out of them this is clearly a manufacturer fault.
As you can see in the pictures they still look new.
I would like a replacement or credit please

I am extremely upset. I bought my husband Nike shoes for Christmas. Although he only wore them a few times a week (usually for less than an hour at a time), the top and side of the shoes began to rip and tear apart less than four months after purchasing them. Due to long-term complications from a surgery I received over a year ago, we are a one income family. Nike shoes are expensive, but that is because they are "supposed to be" such a high quality shoe. This is why I purchased them for my husband - thinking they would be a good and LASTING replacement for the shoes my husband had that were several years old. Now, he is stuck with "new" shoes that are barely holding together and I am heartbroken and upset.

Me my two kids and my boyfriend was at your Tanger outlet store tonight. Me and my 4 year old son when to the women's area to get myself a pair of shoes and my boyfriend and our daughter when to men's. There was a white gentleman who works there who started following me as soon as I got in the isle. He went down every isle I was in. Then my daughter and boyfriend met me over there he kept following us every isle right on top of us. Be then proceeded to stand in front of the isle we were in with his arms crossed looking us then we went to the next isle he scooted down and did the same thing. Stood there with his arms crossed and just looked at us. We were there maybe 15 minutes if That. I hurried and picked my shoes and got out there. He made me and my family feel so uncomfortable. We did not steal would not steal and he made us feel like that's what we were doing and I know it's because my boyfriend and children are black. We will never come to your store again. You are racist and we will be telling everyone we know to not shop there anymore. There was no sense in that. I had my 4 year old son scared asking me and his dad why this man was following us like that. I have never felt so bad about my kids race in my life. You need to talk to your workers. It's fine to watch someone but he took it over the top and scared me. We bought two pairs of shoes and we are in there at least ever other month but multiple pairs. We will never return. I will be making a Facebook and Insta post about this as well. I really can't believe me and my family just went through this and the manager was fine with it. Smh Nike! I'm so disappointed. Lost a very loyal customer. I e been there twice in less than a week. Smh fix your staff before you lose even more customers. Just racist.

I purchased A pair of Nike revolution 4 sneakers for my daughter in April.

It's now June only 3 months later and the Velcro will not stay closed. The sneakers have been used with normal weAr and we have never experienced this problem with any other sneakers with Velcro in such a short time frame.

I live and breath Nike I love the shoes and gear Nike is all that I wear honestly last year I purchased a pair of Nike zoom mids old school black and red from I retailer as a collectors item well last week I decided for the first time since I bought them to take them for a little spin well one hour of walking in the shoe in the house the sole of the shoe came apart. I could not believe that the sole of this brand new shoe came apart like that I immediately took them off and the next day took them to a shoe repair guy. he looked at the shoe and said that he didn't have anything strong enough to hold and I should reach out to Nike so NIKE im reaching out can you help me with this I love the shox and the black and red was the popular color for that shoe. Hi I love the shocks that my mother in law bought for me 4 months ago ordered them at footlocker in Manassas va and surprised me and had them mailed to me.Since I had some in college couldn't afford it since I am a teacher and my husband is a cop.So my mother in law bought them with her military disc they have ripped into the netting a hole .I am in tears 😭. My name is Kevin Capocelli of Fort Smith AR. I am a disabled Veteran so I live on a budget. When I purchase a new pair of shoes I have always chosen Nike due to the comfort and durability. However this last pair of shoes I purchased has started cracking in multiple spots of the sole after wearing them only a handful of times.

This brand new ball just blowed up my ears!

Look at the pictures, it shows inflate to 8 lbs.
I had just got it from the store to play with my 8 years old son.
While I was inflating it with my bike pump, as soon as it gets to 4 lbs, it blows up!

What kind o product blows up half the way to its intended target?

I guess the right answer is: "do not buy Nike balls", quality is not a thing for them.

The store I bought (Ross) do not accept returns, so I'm in that place where Nike does not recognize me, and Ross thinks I'm a dumb because I was following the rules and did not check the ball?
Oh well, there is always a first time and a last time...

I was recently shopping in NYC for shoes that were supportive, I wear a size 7 and have never had a problem with NIKE before, I purchased shoes at the JCP there because my feet needed them. I thought the size felt different, but desperately needed shoes because my current pair of shoes were not cutting the 8 mile/day walking.
After I left NYC, I came back home and used my NIKEs to workout in...that's when i really noticed a different in how they felt. I was in step class yesterday, and stepped wrong...i can usually correct my self but had the instability of the shoe...and i now have an ER bill( urgent care refused to see me because they felt it was broken) and a severe sprain. I will post pictures of my previous pair of nike shoes that were fantastic with fit and performance..but were getting worn from always wearing and the new pair...that i have had for only 1 month and are starting to fall apart and are the wrong size...even though all sizing match up inside the shoe.

My daughter has worn these for approx 4-5 months and this started happening with the front of the shoes rubber bottom pealing away. I super glued them shut once, but still no resolution as they tore apart.

Please advise as I would like to still utilize Nike as our tennis shoe choice form my 9 and 12 year old daughters.

My name is Zach Conrad. I live in Charleston South Carolina and I own a gym call Chucktown Fitness. We specialize in personal training and group hit classes.I bought a pair of Nike cross training shoes about 2 1/2 months ago. I like the way they feel and because they are flat they are perfect for the cross training type of workouts that we do. After about two months the shoes completely started tearing apart. Overall the function of the shoe works but around the front of the shoe where the creases when you walk the fabric has completely come apart in the shoes look absolutely terrible. It's a bit of a running joke in the gym now with my clients. I keep telling them I refuse to buy new shoes even though they are falling apart because I feel like I just bought these. I've never been one to complain And do not agree with blasting negative comments on any forums because I understand how bad this is for business. However I do not have anything good to say about the shoe. I would like to be able to promote Nike products as I am in front of lots of people every day. If possible I would like for Nike to make this right and send me a new pair shoes. Please let me know how this process works. I'd also be interested in being some sort of ambassador for Nike shoes and clothes as me and my trainers have a lot of influence on recommendations for athletic gear for clients.

My mom got me this tan hoodie with the zipper that goes half way and it has a black nick symbol on it, I wore it to my nephews school graduation and when I got back home I washed the sweatshirt and when I pulled it out of the washer to hang dry it has black marks all over it, not sure what is going on that a expensive bike sweatshirt would bleed and now is nothing that I can wear

Hi Ive had my Nike Airs for about a year. Ive recently been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I went to the doctors about my left foot. I realised then that my trainers didn't have any cushioning at all. This could be one of the causes. Ive invested in some trainers with cushioning and the problem has reduced slightly. Im not very happy about experiencing this its been excutiating. Id like to know what you plan to do?

I bought a pair of Nike remax or airmax shoes I don't know which one it is. I wore them and they squeak and make an odd sound when I walk in them. I wish I could customize and make a shoe named after me. I am so frustrated because I love the Nike brand and I go to a school where Nike is the primary brand under contract. I recently downloaded the training app. I would hate to give Nike a bad reputation and I do truly tell people to buy Nike products because of the quality and experience you get. I don't want to have to tell them they are faulty in production. If you could help that would be great as I said I'd love to design my own pair of shoes and put my name on it. That would be awesome and great compensation. I can assure you I'd be a satisfied customer and I'd be sure to tell all my friends and show off my rad pair of shoes I designed. We purchased the Nike Triple Jump shoes for my son, back in end of March, for the outdoor track and field season- less than 2 months later the instep on his plant foot is beginning to separate from the upper part of the shoe. Causing his foot to more more than it's supposed to. As the season is still in full swing I would like a replacement pair. He is in the middle of championship run and needs to have everything working properly. Shoes being a big part of the performance. We are a Nike house hold and I've never seen a pair of shoes start to break down so fast. 3 league meets and 5 invitationals, approximately 24 jumps on these shoes. We bought basketball shoes for my son. We buy Nike often and have usually had great results. He only wore them 10-12 times in the gym and and about the 4th time he wore them, the toe began to peel away from the shoe. I wondered if there is a way to replace or repair them. I hate to waste money and I feel like these shoes were. Please contact me with any questions. I have pictures attached.

I've been an avid nike user and fanboy for years. As I got more into weightlifting, I jumped on the romaleos 3 bandwagon with my friends. I was new to the sport and really should have done more research. The sole is made out of 2 pieces, rubber and plastic, and the rubber chipped away after barely any use. The plastic showed signs of cracking after barely 3 months of training 3 times a week in them. Shortly thereafter the tongue ripped on one of the shoes. Overall, the 3s are the most disappointing training shoe I have used in a long long time. I snagged myself a pair of romaleos 2s off ebay and they are nothing short of phenomenal. I was hoping I could at least get some sort of store credit for my 3s even after their use and being 2 years after manufacture date.

Overall, disappointment of a shoe and I will never be lifting in a new nike lifting shoe as long as I can have 2s off of ebay.
