I am very upset that the Nike sign on my 3 year olds Lebron shoes is peeling. This is ridiculous that we pay as much as we do for our kids shoes to have them fall apart. I have 5 kids who love Nike, but it seems like it's not as durable as it used to be. What happened to the days that you could where your Nike's for years and they would still look good.

My son plays football for our local high school team and has had two pairs of Nike Untouchable Cleats eyelets tear out .And this has only been in practice. This amounts to a large amount of money around 240$ and they only lasted a few months. Please look at the attached photos. I have purchased I would bet around 25 pairs if not more, pairs of cleats for three boys up to the collage level in lacrosse and have never had a cleats get destroyed/break in practice or during a game. This is due I believe to the insufficient eye let design. I was very suspect when he first brought them home.

These cleats are a size 14 and a hard to find in or stores.

I have always been a nike fan till lately. I work in a retail shop where I walk alot and have alway purchased nike for comfort and durablity. My last 2 pairs of nikes dit not even lastme 3 months a pair then they start taring in front. If this is the type of quality nike is making I will never support them again. Please I look forward to your response in thin matter.

The soles in these new shoes have a dip in the heel that makes a suction popping noise when I walk on slick floors. It's very annoying. They are comfortable other than that. I can't understand why Nike would market a shoe that obviously makes noise when walking. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I bought these before a vacation to New York and had to wear them for 2 weeks so I don't believe they are returnable.

I have bought several Nike products over the years because it is my favorite brand, however in the last 4 months I have bought on 2 separate occasions men's golf shorts and I have had to return each pair after less than a month because the stitching in the zipper keeps coming undone. I have returned got a new pair and it still happens. I love the shorts but pay alot of money to have good quality and I'm a bit disappointed. I have tried a bigger size thinking that was the problem but still no resolution. I have had to hand stitch both pair in order to keep them from unraveling. Is there any solution to this issue?

I have only had these shoes six days the paint is already coming off of the sides of the top of the sole of shoe I would like someone to send me a new pair I have receipt but the store I bought it from is 2 hours away we were on a weekend trip I'll be glad to provide receipt and pics of the shoe where the paint is coming off I've only had these shoes for six days and I work in an office so it's not like I do any kind of construction work or outdoor work in them please contact me and send me a new pair

I have had these like 7 months and the bubble popped and for 130$ they should last long😢I have always worn Nike all my life I get my kids Nike I tell everyone to get Nike over under armor I hope you can help with this situation cuz I really don't want to buy any other kind of shoes I love my nikes just don't want to spend that kind of money and not have them last please help!

Have been told that will get 10% discount @ factory outlets on fresh purchases of Nike Products if we complete the survey. Post completing the survey yesterday got the message that the said discount can be availed using the promo code for the purchases in factory outlet in South Africa - How can we INDIAN can make use of the said promo code in INDIA to avail the said discount ?

Have clearly mentioned at the time of purchase that the said discount will be used at INDIAN factory outlet.

Highly misleading/ incomplete information that has lead to great disappointment.

I purchased a pair of men's Air Presto Essential sneakers from Finish Line on 6/28/2017 for my son. He needed a pair of sneakers for workouts and running. He has had them approx 3 weeks and the entire front side tore out and his foot came out thru the front. This is the third pair of sneakers that this has happened to that were made by Nike. The other two were a the Nike Rosche sneakers. I spent time talking to the rep at the Finish Line store about what he needed and what would be good for what he needed them for and for his feet and in less than a month after spending almost $100 on them they will have to be thrown out. I am beyond livid at the price of the sneakers and the quality is horrible! Prior to this my son only would ever wear Nike but after this he is going to have to find another company because I do not have money to waste like this on sneakers that won't last even a month. I would like a full refund or at the worst a new pair of these sneakers. I have never complained about any company before but this to me warrants a complaint. Thank you for your time

I purchased these shoes about 2 months ago. I've always purchased Nikes and until this point I've been reasonably satisfied. Shortly after wearing them I began notice wife fibers coming from the outside of both the left and right side of the shoe (see attached pictures). I tried to use a razor to shave the fibers away. Unfortunately every time I wear the shoes the problem seems to get worse and worse.

I purchased this pair of shoes at shoe carnival in clarksville. They were wonderful for about 2 weeks - but the over the foot straps stretched so much that I can no longer wear them as my toes slide off of the shoes. This purchase was about 2/3 weeks ago. I would expect you have had other customers complain about this problem. I really cannot afford to spend $35.00 for a pair of shoes I could only wear for about 2 weeks.

I just bought a new pair of Nike alpha cleats for my foster son and the first time he wears them the clear comes unscrewed and is missing in the ground in the field. I'm very surprised at this I really believed I was getting him a good pair of cleats now I have to buy yet another pair due to this! I can assure you that it will not be another pair of Nike's.

I bought pair of nike mercurial astros for my son in feb (at what i thought was a great price) from sports direct. Put them away for his birthday in june. He has worn 3 times and they stink of cat pee. Tried washing them to no avail. Looking on the internet it appears many other customers have had same problem.i am unabke to get rid of the smell and the boots are unwearable and cannot be kept in the house.

I brought 7 pair of Nike flip flops to go on vacation to Alas Vegas plus my favorite pair and sad to say but my flip flops melted to the ground not completely melted but they did I only got to wear each pair once because I was scared that the bottom would completely melt off they was comfortable but very dangerous and a bad quality pair of flip flops

My query follows my purchase of my last three pairs of high top sneakers, all brought from authorised retail outlets in new zealand.
My question/complaint is why all my beautiful, highly yet well priced, limited edition high top sneakers squeak loudly when i walk. I feel this should be deemed an uneccesary defect with which i find to cause me extreme embarrasment whilst walking, especially- obviously, in the public arena.
I feel like i am perceived as wearing 10$ shoes that squeak while i try and tip toe past people, walking awkwardly as too limit the ultra embarrassing squeaking.
The squeaking is not caused by the sole of the sneaker but from the laces and their lace holes. On my air jordans, white patent leather i can help control the squeaking with using talcum powder, which is still not the ideal as the powder often ends up places it shouldnt like on the bottomside of the cotton type material tongue, it ends up being a clean up task, i would rather not be doing when i should just be walking out the door.
Also i cannot use white talcum powder on my other black suede high tops.
Would you please be able to advise me on what i could use to lubricate the lace/lace hole so there is no squeaking, and advise the use of which product will not permanently damage the suede leather? I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
I would like to give your corporation my feedback on your products i have experienced, and to let you know of my somewhat disappointment i have found, i dont understand how a supposed highend product attached with a high purchase price, though produced at a lowcost, could at this consumers end become worthless as i am too embarrassed to wear them due to the squeaking, or inconvenience to maintain.
I look forward to hearing from you on a recommended product to use for lubricating the squeak!

I purchased two pair of brown Manoa Boots from Finis Line last November 27, 2016. they were advertised as being leather, with over lapping panel sections for water resistance. My boots are delaminating exposing the interior layers showing they are not leather but rather a synthetic like the old naugahide from years ago. Also the entire sole is detaching from the boot, so much for being water resistant.

You should be ashamed of the prices you charge for the low quality fabric that you use to make T Shirts. It's so thin small holes appear just from regular wear and washing. Maybe if you made your items in the USA the quality would improve, I don't know but I do know for what you charge for your clothing the quality definitely needs to improve! It's a disgrace to your name!

As always I brought brand shoes and a little bit bigger then I should for my 11 year old son. Kids grow out fast and shoes are expensive. I buy once a year. I bought this pair in May. To my surprise after 2 months my son shows me the bottom of his NEW NIKE shoes - holes in both shoes where the toes are. Very disappointing NIKE company! Very disappointing!

Used four times and zipper failed. Completely ceased and I was able to retrieve my phone for over 4 hours. After several hundred attempts luckily I was able to open it but since then it is stuck again at the exact same spot. Please see attached.

Can Nike help me with a possible replacement. I believe this is a one off faulty item as I've been using Nike equipment since childhood. 30yrs +

These shoes are pretty expensive and I have only worn them for like a month and they have a hole where the toe is. This is unacceptable to me. I have been loyal to Nike for years and have never had this issue. I have had nikes for so long that I eventually ran the soles off of them and I still have them. This is terrible. Please contact me with a resolution.
