complete failure to deliver leads. garbage "guarantee" and refusal of refund
Next Level Marketing signed a contract with my software development services company to develop online marketing and deliver qualified leads. We set up everything they asked for and worked with them diligently. No leads ever materialized. We paid the agreed-upon monthly pus incidental fees immediately upon receipt of invoice, in good faith. As the months rolled by, we expressed concerns with the lack of results and they told us to just hang in there a little longer. Still no results. After over $11, 000 in fees, they had produced not a single lead. When we asked for them to terminate the work and compensate us for at least the last invoice, they not only added the next invoice, but they also tried to bully us with a guy we had never dealt wth before, who prominently signed his name followed by "Esq.", a veiled threat of legal action. I hope no one else gets take in by this ridiculous and worthless company.
Non delievery of goods
Next Level Marketing which uses the name Quote Associates says that they are a marketing company that exclusively markets in specified zip codes for health insurance leads. They give you projections as to how many leads from each zip code you should receive. They maintain a website for all the leads that come in for you. After 5 months I received NO leads, not one. I tried several times to reach them and never was able to and never received a call back. This operation is a complete scam in my opinion. Run as far away as you can from them.

Failure to provide services paid for
5 months ago I was sold several zip codes that supposedly generate an average of 109 hits a month. Well its been 5 months and the zips have yet to recieve any hits. After 2 months I was furious and wanted a refund, they of course refused. The office manager said he would personally fix the situation and have business coming in by the following Monday. Never happended. Now none of the company phone, fax, or e-mail numbers work. Next Level Marketing basically stole $3800.00 from me.
