I have receive 4 email responses from my complaint.

DON'T GIVE ME THAT "Thanks for shopping at Newchic" You offer me $17.70 of the whole $108 I paid! Don't insult me!

I got screwed out of 5 pairs of shoes. I have 5 brand new pairs of shoes I cannot wear. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes and chose US9. I wear size 9 every place I shop including wish.com and never wear a 9.5 I'm not a 10 or 11. I am a 9.

I was refused to be refunded and/or shoes of the correct size sent me. I was told to pay to send the shoes back costing me more then what I paid for them! They won't work with me at all. I was offered $17.70 of the 108 order. An insult.

I'm posting all over what was done to me. I was never told or shown that the sizes run small but I later in an email it was shown. It was not obvious or where you should see it when I ordered. I chose the US9 like I wear.

Treating me like this is a very stupid move. If I would have just been gaven what I ordered, seeing I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. You would get many more orders and I would have referred your store to all my client and friends.

I am a self employed business woman and have been for over 20 years. I buy online all the time. Never had this trouble before and I have bought shoes from china before.

Order #[protected] of black leather pumps was placed April 3rd. I received email confirming it had been shipped April 4th and am still waiting. The New Chic site is not at all user friendly which gives me little hope of receiving my order. New Chic products are so tempting, I'm just glad I decided on one item only before placing a big order. I would like to think someone from New Chic will read this and act upon it which will go a small way in restoring my faith in the term customer care.

You are running an Ad. on Pogo that does not speak well of your attention to detail, the ad is for men's flexible shoes, in the ad you are talking about hand stitching, but have spelled it sticing- if you can not spell, then how well do you stitch, or will the customer be less than enticed to purchase products from you. Order #[protected] ordered 3/8/2018,... I have yet to receive my purchase tracking shows the package is n delivery, but I have not received the order mentioned initially... The order was split, but you issued two suborders, z of which the order in question hasn't arrived... Please assist

Following several emails that you sent to me re my purchase of eight [ 8 ] items. 1 am responding because 1 have received only 2 items. My order number [protected] big size hollow out sandals size 5.5 1 have not received. My order number [protected] big size hollow out slippers [blue] size 38 1 have not received. Same order soft leather slipper loafers for women in green colour size 38 1 have not received. My order number [protected] [2 items] o-newe a line vintage pocket dress [black] size 22 also o-newe a line vintage pocket dress colour army size 20 1 have not received. My order number [protected] vintage pure coloue shirt dress size 22 1 have not received.
If 1 have not received these items in one weeks time, 1 will be taking action by going to the australian federal police, regarding your business dealings. M. Paterson

This product was received and they are not the correct size. We would like to return them for a credit. The chat on their site said they would have to be returned to China, but the return shipping is over $150! Our contacts have not been successful in getting a response. Please advise how this item can be returned for credit. The Newchic.com site does not provide any information on returns. We would just like to get a response as to how to return this item.

When the product appears on Pinterest's webpage, & you click onto the product, NewChic's webpage appears & the product cost increases from the previous page posting of US$26.97, to US$32.97. A MAMMOTH SIX DOLLAR INCREASE! IN THE UNITED STATES THAT IS CONSIDERED LOW-BALLING A PRODUCT TO ENTICE PURCHASES. AND IS GREATLY FROWNED-UPON & MIGHT EVEN BE CONSIDERED A CRIMINAL PRACTICE.

I did an online purchase of Black Mask ' Blackhead Removal Bamboo charcoal Black Mask. The transaction was made on the 15 of March 2018 and I did not receive a confirmation email or my actual product I ordered. So I am wondering what went wrong. its been 1 and a half weeks since I ordered my product and I am concerned as to why it has not arrived but $18 has gone out of my account?

Can you please assist me as soon as possible please as I'm very concerned?

swimsuit $21.20 split pants wide leg $16.54 I tried to cancel this order but your site for that didn't respond so I could not get it stopped.

The total of this order is $37.74 and that was the subtotal that you showed but when you added $10.10 for shipping you arrived at a total of $64.38
which overcharged me $16.53.

I would appreciate your issuing a refund to my credit card for this miscalculation.
Your site says to e mail but you provide no address to do that. this one was hard to find.

They are too small. Please provide full details as to how I return these. For a refund. It's taken me too much of my time to even know how to contact newchic! My email is: [protected]@yahoo.com. (usa). I also wish to cancel my other orders and my credit card not charged for any other orders.

I was charged on January 30th for a bathing suit that I ordered. It has not arrived and it seems unlikely that it will. I would like to be refunded the $55.31 to my credit card. Please respond if you know that it will arrive. I have received no communication nor a tracking number. I want to hear from you or I will have to lodge a complaint with paypal and mastercard.

I placed two orders #[protected] & [protected] totaling over $240. Their website does not show how to make returns to get a refund. They say you must call for a receipt before sending. The number is in China. Cannot call. I have tried so many times to navigate their website but it is almost impossible. They tell you you must contact them in order to return the merchandise. It is almost impossible to find out how to contact them

Re my order below, I have today received an invoice from Parcel Force for Import Duty and Clearance fee, totalling £19.46. Since the items I ordered, including postage totalled £12.21, There is no sense in paying an extra £19.46 to receive my goods. I will be asking for a refund and will not order from this Chinese company again.

I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and haven't received it. When contacted their customer service I was told the product was delivered a few days before at 6pm which isn't possible - the mail delivery cut off time where I live is 4pm and the place it was 'delivered to' closes at 5. I was informed they weren't going to look into the issue (even though it's their legal obligation) and of course that I wasn't going to get my money back.

Ordered a purple suede purse last october 2017. Received a tan shopping bag. Didn't think much of it I thought someone sent it to me as a gift. Then I started wondering what happened to the suede purse, well apparently this is it. Contacted the company. They wanted a picture of what I received I sent it to them. No response. Could care less. Take your money and that's it. So long sucker!

I was overcharged for 2 items. 4 items were out of stock - so I cancelled so they refunded some of the order they charged and then they refused to give me a working phone number after they overcharges my credit card for the 2 items I have yet to receive. I kept getting stock emails from a robot saying "this is your order number" with a link to an expired webpage. This company is a scam. Do not order from them!

Ordered 4 pair of shoes where i receivex 2 after some time and 2 could not reach to me and tracking shows it is stuck in logistics and are cleared from customs since 13 january 2018. Now i have been contacting them and they ask me to contact customs and when i told them it is already cleared they keep on replying contact customs. I kept on sending emails and didnt get amy reaponse for the same as well.

My credit card was billed 41.39 for the order.

I received no Order #, email regarding the purchase, etc

I was on 'live chat' and the person said they could not help me without an order number.

Do I wait longer or send this information to my card company to have the charge reversed?
