I have not received the order yet.

I ordered these Sandals off my phone on their website: newchic.com
since it was ordered on my phone I did not get a receipt. When I went on their website today 11-18-2020 from my office computer; the sandals were no longer there; so I went back on my phone to newchic.com and there they were. All I know is the price I paid was $20.18 plus whatever shipping charges & taxes. With no receipt, I can't even tell you the order number. They were ordered either the end of October or the beginning of November?
I received the sandals today 11-18-2020 but I was dissatisfied with the way they fit & therefore I can not ware them. I would like a refund & I am going to ship them back to where they shipped from: LAX Center #[protected] Dayton Drive #3018 Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730
I would appreciate my refund for at least the $20.18 thank you in advance.

Order number [protected] said shipped 1/13/20 vintage embroidery floral blouse 3 x yellow order number [protected] shipped 5/14/20 two more vintage embroidered floral blouses one 4 x red& one 4 x blue order number (same) [protected]; (2 of them) skud 77403 and I can't find the items again. To day is 8/24/2020 and the retro buckle belt foldable short flat boots sz 7, the site says they (were shipped) 8/25 or 8/27 so that might mean the boots will be shipped? I'll have to wait and see.

I did not get my order, filed complaint did not get a reply, asked for refund did not receive, they are stealing from america dont waste your time or money. They are supposedly located in hong kong. [protected] hong kong order#s [protected]- [protected]

I place an order with this company on april 25th. The second worse chinese company posing as an american company i've yet had the misfortune to deal with. They broke my order into three separate purchases, all indicated they were shipped on the 25th or 26th of april from china. On two occasions I participated in their "chat's". The first rep admitted the orders were coming from china. This chat was on may 8th. She asked me to be patient and the orders would be coming soon. The second chat was on may 29th. That rep told me the products are promised delivery within 7 to 25 business days. He also told me to check at my postal office for the two packages that had not arrived yet. Why? These products are supposed to be coming by fedex! Btw, the 29th was exactly 25 business days after the order was placed. They keep sending me more ads to purchase things, not going to happen! I'll write back if I ever receive the items I ordered!

On may 13, 2020, I placed an order with Newchic.com for over $900. I am a senior citizen and this was my first time ordering something on line since I am not experienced on the computer. I never thought about the possibility of being scammed. I have not received any information from them and I placed several more orders in the following weeks. I would like a full refund now that I have seen the reviews from other customers. I do not wish to do business with them at all. They give no information on how to get in touch with them. I haven't received any merchandise from them to date, today is May 27, 2020.
There are no purchase order numbers, no shipping info, nothing given to me when making the orders. I feel like such an idiot for being so stupid. I never knew they were in hong kong or I wouldn't have ordered from them.

I have ordered a pair of socofy retro ethnic style sandals on april 21 and have not received them yet (sku e 75278). How much longer do I have to wait? If I knew they were coming from hong kong I would not have ordered them. Correspondence was taken off my e-mail so there was no way to contact the company nor do I have any information on this. I would like the sandals but if you're going to send them I will have to contact my credit card company if I do not hear from you. My e-mail is [protected]@aol.com.

Item purchased April 10, 2020 on invoice #83470064 with a transaction number of 77092235Y53719643. Today is May 13, 2020, and I have not received my purchase. Credit card has been charged to customer and would like to have the amount refunded. $30.49.

I placed on order for two mask with New Chic on April 12, 2020 totaling $27.98 paid an additional $9.04 for US Priority Mail Direct to be delivered within business five days. The response below was received a conformation of my order.

At the time of placing the order for COVID-19 two mask, and credit card was charged, I was not aware New Chic was an unscrupulous online company located outside of the United States at Room 405, 4/F Energy Plaza, № 92 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon in Hong Kong.
Neither was I aware of the numerous negative reviews and complaints of scamming American customers.
The order never arrived. On April 27, 2020, I log onto New Chic website to inquire about why the order never arrived. There is no telephone number to call and all that was available was an electronic chat box, which provides no information other than "One of Team Members will contact you in 24 hours" 24 hours has become 72 hours and more and no one has made any attempts to explain why the order never arrived.

I believe this is a scam, being run on many venerable Americans during this deadly pandemic.

We ordered male shoes size EUR 44 on the 24th of November, which unfortunately has not been received by 31st of December. The amount of £40.92, including insurance, has been debited from my PayPal account. No email confirming this order was received to my inbox, order details were only displayed on the screen at a time of placing an order. Seller was contacted via email provided in the paypal account. Please kindly issue a refund.

We cancelled 3 orders [protected] for DKK 384.73, No ORDER [protected] for DKK 684.42 and no order [protected] for DKK 717, 28.
The company sent us refunds:

The 2 refunds came on November the 26th, 2019
but DKK 684.42 for the order [protected] has never come.
We wonder when NEW CHIC send our money to Denmark?

i was extremely disappointed upon receiving the shoes I had order from your company. The style I received were similar but not at all the same shoe as advertised. i found your promotion misleading and in that the shoes I received are entirely different shoes. The rear Achilles guard is absent and well the the stitch at the lower part of the shoe where the pseudo letter meets the sole. I only want the shoe that I had ordered.
I had formally been a customer of you company but refuse to patronize you or recommend you to my associates until the matter is rectified.

W dniu 21.10.2019 zamówiłam bluzkę, za którą zapłaciłam 107, 86 pln za pośrednictwem paypal. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałam towaru. Latem zamawiałam odzież w firmie amazon I realizacja zamówienia też trwała około miesiąca, ale teraz to już naprawdę przesada.
Nie rozumiem jak można żądać zapłaty z góry I nie realizować zamówienia przez miesiąc. Ta firma posługuje się pieniędzmi klienta.

Bunch of scammers and fraud operation, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I ordered 4 shirts but they only sent me 2, for $70+, with the wrong sizes bc the size guide was inaccurate and it was hand sown. I waited for months but the order never came, so i followed their instructions but it was useless and they make u keep going round in circle. They always reply u the same automated crap and treat u like a [censored]ing idiot, while they pocket ur money and they mess with the tracking status. mine was in 'air transit' for months! wtf pls do not give me [censored] like the order has been circling in airplane for months. like they think ur retarded, by using cheap gimmicks like this so they can earn the profits while not actually delivering the units, i bet they already pocketed millions by doing this. Used all channel to seek help but they merely deflect and delay your problems, hoping u would forget about it. They ignore your problems, never provide solutions and carry on like u dont even matter. Bunch of fraud imbeciles from china, NEVER TRUST ANYTHING FROM CHINA. I emailed them thousands of times, reached out to their live agent who is probably an AI robot and they actually don't even know where my order is, they have no way of tracking so they had the audacity to blame the customs and tell me to wait, but its obv not customs problem bc i got my initial order. so they came up with [censored] excuse like the shirts are popular so i have to wait. wtf?! n when the agent couldnt answer anymore of my qns he delfected them and cut me rushing to end the convo immediately.
