New York State Electric & Gas [NYSEG] review: No power

Sunday power went out. We called several times. No heat no phone no tv... I was the only house affected at 254 raymond ave cheektowaga 14227. The street parallel to raymond also was without power. Sunday at 1100pm there street got power and I still was hurting... Monday we called all day long I told the dispatcher my wife and I are seniors and I am a vietnam vet who was having a serious medical procedure in two days no heat no food no landline phone the call taker said it would be fixed by midnight. Then we got a call from dispatch said they would be there at 1100pm. Pm sunday 11/15 to tuesday 11/17/20.. Well both people lied right to my face.. Now it is 230 pm there is still no no power. We called in the am told them no one showed up. Also I paid an electrician to come over and check it out. He told us the problem is outside the wiring I told this to all the call takers and dispatch. Yet still no power I am 69 years old paying all electric bills for 50 years on time... Why would they lie and screw me over vet senior... I am so upset as is my wife surgery tomorrow I'm cold rotten food in fridge. 93 year old mom has health issues I need a phone line that works in case she has an emergency... Can you help please...
