Great service. Great staff. They really care about the customer!

Since 2010, I've been buyin' Toyotas and they just keep gettin' better. I wanna give a big shoutout to Aaron, Dave, Ronny, and Trish for all their help.

I had a great time today at New Rochelle Toyota. My salesperson, Yiannis M, was super friendly. He showed us lots of cars and told us all about the prices. He answered all our questions and went over the car's features that we wanted to buy. He even helped with the insurance and plates. It was really easy, and now I have a gorgeous car.

Amazin attention! From the moment I went upstairs with the intention of just gettin information of a used Toyota Camry for my son. I felt greeted and welcomed by Henry with a big smile. He went the extra mile in helping choose the best option and accommodating me in a comfortable monthly payment. I highly recommend this place and the salesperson who helped me in choosing the right car for my son.

I jus bought my certified used car at this Toyota dealer cuz of my very detail oriented and attentive salesperson ***! He was amazin, im sooo grateful and lucky that he was my salesperson cuz he took the time to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was bout to make (free of pressure by the way). He actually took the time to show me what each and every button did in the highlander I was interested in! So im enjoyin every feature of my new car! Thank you *** for goin above and beyond and thank you Toyota, im very happy with my purchase!

I had a real good time at New Rochelle Toyota, everyone was mad helpful. I wasn't pushed to make a decision at all, my salesperson is a good person who answered all my questions or found someone who could answer the question if he didn't know the answer, and the other folks couldn't be nicer and both offered to help with any issues that might come up. I just called them with an issue...they're true to their word. I'll be stopping by soon 'cause I got a question 'bout a feature on my new Hylander. I recommend this Toyota dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.

I ain't never gonna shop here no more! I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE and dealt with Bryan (salesman) and Steve (manager), and they sold me a pretty new car with tires all dried up! I had a blowout on the highway and lost control of my ride, nearly causing a big ol' mess with lots of cars. I went back and forth with a manager named Igor O and he didn't do nothin' for me. He never followed up with me, never replied to my emails after the 2nd day, and never gave me a second thought. I took my tire to my mechanic thinkin' he could patch it up, but turns out all 4 tires were dried up and New Rochelle Toyota didn't do NOTHIN' to fix the situation. I took pictures of the tires showin' the year as "2012," but the car is a 2017. New Rochelle Toyota even passed this vehicle for inspection like that, which is mighty concerning and illegal. It takes years for tires to dry up, not just a few months. I had to buy all 4 brand new tires that day and New Rochelle Toyota didn't even pay me back for it! Watch out for this dealer and their scams, seems like they're doin' illegal inspections and sellin' unsafe vehicles. I'm real mad and disappointed in Toyota. I expected New Rochelle to at least pay me back instead of brushin' me off. Just goes to show they don't care 'bout their customers, and I've been drivin' a Toyota for over 5 years.

Me and my hubby had a recall for a Tire Carrier Cable and we had an appointment at this Toyota dealership on August 26 at 930am. We showed up and Toyota took our car and said it would take 2-3 hours. We sat in the waiting room and after 3 hours, we went to the Service Advisor at the desk, who goes by ***. He said they weren't ready yet and needed a couple more hours because the parts came late. We were annoyed but had no choice but to wait longer. Toyota didn't keep us updated or tell us what was going on, so we went back at 3pm, thinking it was enough time. To my surprise, *** said they couldn't help us that day because they didn't even have the parts. We asked for an explanation and to speak to his boss, but it was a bit of a runaround. Eventually, we found the Director, ***, and all he said was they messed up. I'm so mad. This is unacceptable and terrible service. It's a complete injustice. I think Toyota thinks they can take advantage of us because we're old and minorities. They didn't care about the burden they caused us. We have health issues, a family, and other things to do. We need to run errands, get groceries, and go to appointments. Toyota doesn't care about our lives or needs. They think it's easy to waste our time. They should have realized they didn't have the parts and rescheduled. Why did they even take our car? We waited the whole day, from morning to afternoon, and they never updated us or explained anything. We had to keep going to their desk to see what was happening. They wasted our time and didn't do anything with our car. We didn't come here for them to babysit our vehicle.
