Product was registered to incorrect email by a NETGEAR tech. Trying to resolve this so I could tracker support tickets and use the armor I purchased was unsuccessful pver almost 3 weeks. Promises of responses within 24/48 hours went unfulfilled I finally returned the modem because the return window as closing. Many install/configuration issues had to be ultimately solved by me using trial and error since support seems to follow a script.
