I purchsed a Netgear Orbi 870 mesh system at the end of December 2025. By February 2026 I realized that it was not working properly and contacted tech support. After hours on the phone, they elevated the problem to their engineering department which agreed it was defective. Now, two months later, I STILL have not received a refund. They want me to pay to replace the system.
