Our whole family is permenant customer of Nestle water. Problem is that your delivery van is not regular visiting at our home and we are facing too much problems without water. We complain several time at your service numbers but in vain. Also call the supervisor of that van. Visit day of your Van is Friday but they did not come at their appointed time. We are using a tap water from last 12 days and calling again and again to your service number but nobody solve our problem.

I once launched a complaint to Nestle in 2010. They replied in a very nasty manner. They kidnapped me for 5 days. I was placed in a dark filthy hell. They tortured me physically and mentally. I was asked to write a note on stamp paper that I will never launch a complaint against nestle. so be care full it's Pakistan.

As a concerned parent, I’ve been looking into claims that Nestlé Juicy Juice “Brain Development” makes. Nestlé claims that their juice helps brain development, but I’m not sure that claim is true. Here’s what the Center for Science in the Public Interest said about the juice:
“Nestlé markets Juicy Juice Fruit Juice Beverage Brain Development with ‘DHA—A Building Block for Brain Development.’ An asterisk on the label indicates that the beverage is intended for use ‘in children under two years old.’ The label also informs parents that ‘The human brain triples in volume between birth and two years, so it’s never too early to start good nutrition habits, ’ but fails to mention that the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children under six months old not be fed juice at all and that children aged 1 to 6 consume no more than 4 to 6 ounces per day in part to reduce the risk of obesity. The fact that the product is packaged in 1-liter bottles is not conducive to limiting serving sizes. Furthermore, a serving of Juicy Juice contains only 16 mg of DHA (as much as ¼ teaspoon of salmon). There is no evidence that this product will facilitate the development of a normal baby’s brain.”
What do you think? Has anyone purchased this product and will you continue to do so, even if there is no scientific basis for the claims? I for one don’t like the idea of Nestlé trying to convince me to give my kid juice, which is against AAP recommendations, and for no developmental benefit!

Should you receive a call from anyone from Executive Options / Howard Nestler / Howard Jay or anyone with a slick sales pitch to help you get employed - Watch out! This guy has a slick outfit that is basically a SPAM Machine. He professes to work with 12 clients monthly and he'll assist you with "personal attention", "his fee is a small price to pay given how much time it'll take you find a job", "your future employer will reimburse you", etc. You don't get special attention, the resume service is flunkies writing it in an unconventional manner, and no one employing people will have anything to do with him.
His machine also includes a bunch of phony news releases from unknown news sources quoting him as the mesiah of employment with really stupid, basic statements. He'll provide you with a few references of people that will vouch but I truly suspect they're set-up.
The "marketing of you" consist of e-mail pushes to "contacts" they have. This is BS. You will end up with more undeliverables than you know what to do with and you begin to realize this guy is a spamming machine. You are then left to sort through any potential leads and insurance contacts to realize you have nothing but garbage and spammed undeliverables.
Unfortunately for me there was not enough information to learn about this scam before I bit. I do know he has tried to bully sites to remove any information about him or he'll sue.
The cost of this spam service is roughly anywhere from $3900 - $5, 000. The pitch is slick and the pressure is intense. I ask you one question to consider - Honestly if he were that good - why is out there cold calling people and putting on the slick sales pitch. Watch out ! You've been warned.

Greetings, Nespresso markets itself as a very up market high-end luxury brand worldwide. The crux of which being Swiss quality and Swiss made.
We got a rude shock when we got the delivery of our much-awaited coffee machine when we saw that it was actually made in China. We inquired and when we insisted that they show us their demo machine we realized there was something fishy about the whole deal.
The demo machine is in fact made in Switzerland and the machine that we actually bought is made in China. When we bought this to the attention of the Nestle guys here they conveniently said they are not aware of this and when raised to the next level as per them both the machines are the same irrespective of their country of origin! This is funny coming from a Swiss company, how would you feel your Rolex dealer, which is again a high end up market luxury brand telling you that….

Also when we spoke to the delivery man here as per him this is how they do it and have sold quite a few pieces in the market and I am sure this is how they do it in lot of the other countries where this machine is sold and guess what both are the same price!

Have noticed same thing with my Citiz - made in PRC. It leaks somewhere around the seal of the capsule - difficult to tell where but a continual stream of water by passes the cup and ends up in the drip tray. This didn't happen when I first got the machine (two years ago) but has gotten slowly worse over the last six months. Noticed the plastic "plunger" (referred to in pic) that is supposed to seal the capsule and suspect that it is worn and doesn't apply sufficient force on the capsule to effect a seal - design/material fault in my opinion. Will be going in to see Delonghi about the issue

I have a Nespresso Krups Essenza (the basic model to understand us) bought two years ago. I was very happy with it but, last Christmas, and as it was a very interesting offer buying the SAME model, I decided to replace it.
Fortunately I stored the first one, because with the new machine I found coffee taste less aromatic... The cause: The mechanism that closed the capsule doesn't close hermetically, and there is a water leakage that falls on the used capsule container. So, the high water pressure can't be guaranteed when making coffee
Nespresso has changed the mentioned part: Before was completely made in stainless but now this part is made in plastic and stainless. It's true that the new machine is made in China, but design changes (obviously to reduce cost) are not factory responsibility, are R+D responsibility and I bet this department remains in Switzerland .Just to be fair.
I returned the new machine and now I'm using my old one. If you are a happy owner of a two years old Nespresso coffee machine, take care of it!
kyw, your ignorance is astonishing. The whole basis of amitn's blog was to point out the fact that Nespresso claim that its machines are Swiss made is clearly false and misleading. I can attest to this as I recently purchased a Magimix Citiz M190 machine from a department store which pushed the claim (probably unbeknownst to them) that these machines, other than the Essenza M100, are made in Switzerland. The machine is clearly Made in PRC (Peoples Republic of China). Now I am under no false pretense that 99% of appliances these days are made in countries where the labour is cheaper to boost profits. This is the natural course of a capitalist free market. However what does frustrate me is when companies make claims that are misleading. We can argue til the cows come about Chinese vs Swiss quality (I for one prefer Swiss built) but that is not the issue here. Nestle, your coffees are great and your machines stylish, but please come forward and be honest and clear to your loyal customers. That is all we ask.
It does make a great difference if the machine is "Made in Switzerland" or "Made in China". Switzerland has far better labor and environmental standards than China ever will. It also reduces my opinion of the brand to see an expensive Swiss espresso maker from a Swiss company that's "Made in China".
Your naivety as to how companies conduct business is astonishing. The fact that the machine is made in china is irrelevant. This is what may companies do so as to make their business profitable. The fact of the matter is that its swiss routes made Nespresso what it is - a stylish accessory that produces the best coffee I have tasted outsde Italy. it makes no difference to me if the machine is mass produced in china or switzerland

Do not buy nestle coffee-mate creamer! Anyone using nestle coffee-mate creamer, beware! After purchasing french vanilla and hazelnut, I found the flavors to be different - not very good at all. I communicated this with the company, who informed me that "formula" changes were made to "balance the ingredients." no one bothered doing a taste test. Their response was that they were "trying to resolve the problem."
Do not buy nestle coffee-mate! If they see their sales drop, they may do something.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also have had issues with the Italian Sweet Cream with a weird taste. I contacted Nestle and they said there was no change to the formula and sent me coupons. That was over a month ago and I just tried again with the same result. Hopefully enough people will contact them directly from all over the world, and they will address this soon. I have coupons for free creamer that I cannot use.
We have purchased 2 Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream regular. 3 weeks apart. Not only is it an awful taste. It is chemical in taste and in SMELL. We have contacted the company. They are sending coupons . But I don't want this if it is the NEW flavor. Which up until these it has tasted as good as usual. We have been buying it for many years. I am truly certain it is a manufacturing/ health hazard. My thought is there will be a recall. If not there should be.
So happy I googled and found people have to same issue as me. The coffee mate sweet cream was my fav until my recently. It has a weird taste now I had my husband buy another due to the taste of the first one. The second one has the same weird taste so I thought maybe it was the coffee. I went out and purchase a different brand went to make my coffee and that nasty taste was still there. The creamer is not expired and both bottle have different expiration dates. Guess I will have to search for a new creamer now cause I can’t bring myself to drink this creamer anymore 😢😢
THIS IS THE SAME AS US . This is bad creamer. Ours had a chemical smell. We purchased 2 32 ounce bottles 3 weeks apart. Same thing. I'm concerned about it now.
Has anyone in the last couple weeks noticed a taste difference in their italian sweet cream creamer. before it was just a creamy rich milk flavor but today I opened a new container and it has a? vanilla flavor to it,
I do not like flavored coffee first thing in the morning. I hope this is just a fluke, if it’s been done on purpose I won’t be buying any more. I am going to be contacting customer service in the morning to see what they can tell me.
I'm glad I found this post. I see that they changed the formula in 2009 and had to fix it due to many customer complaints. It appears that they have done it again, CHANGED THE FORMULA without letting their customers know. AT first I thought something was wrong with my coffee maker. I then thought the fat free had been put into the regular one by mistake. I switched from the vanilla to my favorite Hazelnut and they both taste the same, NASTY. I have three 32 oz in my fridge which I will be giving away as I don't have the receipt to return to the store. They have lost a long time customer and judging from this post they will once again lose many more. Good luck with getting us to return a third time! I will now use half and half mixed with International Delight. STOP MESSING WITH OUR MORNING COFFEE TASTE, YOU WILL LOSE!

Last friday, the 19th of December, i bought a small jar of coffee. Tonight, i put a spoonful in a cup for my husband who had just come home from work and i found a white hair with a dark coloured root. It isnt one of my hairs as im a brunette, and my husband is a blonde. I think this is disgusting that someone in the factory has put that hair in the coffee.. well it feels like it has been planted there because ive been buying this coffee for years without any problems from it. I suggest you find the dirty tramp with bleached hair with black roots and sack her.. or him. I am disgusted, more-so because we've been drining this jar of coffee for the past 3 days. I feel sick.

your latest batch of coffee date of manufacture is july 20008 and the batch number is 81870452KC9 is so bad that, i, who am a daily drinker of your coffee brand is not being able to have this product. the taste of this product of this particular date is very very burnt. i wonder whether you do not have tasters working for you who ought to be able to tell you the terrible problem in the taste of this batch of your coffee.I have been trying to manage to get your coffee of a previous date of manufacture, like, may 20008, to fulfil my daily requirement. please do something about this.

the taste is awful when you get to the bottom of the cup there is a brown grainy sediment at the bottom .

I just happen to take in the NESCAFE classic this morning (June 1, 2018 10:05 am GMT)..It's so terrible and doesn't seem to smell like coffee at all nor taste as such..Very disappointed in this blend. After the first sip which i couldn't even swallow, had to throw the rest away including the whole 50 g tin.
Coffee which doesn't taste like coffee but more like ashes from a burnt old rug..i can't even find the right words to describe this product. You should be shameful for this and am not the only customer complaining about it. Everyone else is disappointed as me to have deceived us with this horrible product. I don't know if you do test it before bringing to the market.

Disgusting new blend. Never in the history of any major product (Coke, McDonald's, Pepsi, etc etc) have I ever witnessed such a disregard for its customer by changing a product to this extreme level and think you could get away with it. You are now on par with no brand name coffee and to do such a thing is a huge slap in the face to your customers who you know have been loyal, not for years, but for decades ...since it's the first thing most people wake up to... Unless you quickly rectify, I hope this will be the beginning of the end for NESCAFE
The new glass bottle is not a good change.
1. It is too big to handle.
2. I have a million uses for the old square plastic bottle when it is empty. Not so any more.
3. The new glass bottle is heavy.
4. I just can't see why you would want this big thing to hold coffee.
5. It takes up way too much room on my coffee shelf.

After being a Nescafe devotee for as many years as I can remember I cannot believe the poor quality of instant coffee that is manufactured in Singapore and Indonesia which is selling in Australian supermarkets - absolutely terrible taste - I will be changing to another brand next time I buy coffee - so long Nescafe!

Fuel prices in Pakistan reduced 3 times within last 2 months but the price of NESCAFE Classic Coffee 50 g packing has been raised 15 rupees per bottle within last 25 days, while the date of manufacturing printed on it is 10 July 2014, It was costing Rs.185/= on 7th December 2014 and today it is being charged Rs.200/=; strange isn't it?

my Provident fund is cut on my payment of only 26 present attendence on every months and my income is 100 rs per day.
When I submit my P. F. farm to withdrawl my P. F. payment the attendence is only Four months. but I fill the form, but after 45 days my P. F. payment come on my account only 1344/-
But my P. F. cut on my salary on 12.5% so the total is 325 on every month on 26 days salary and do not submit government profit and I realease my P. F payment on 2008.
So my P. F. is more than 1344, so please solve my problem
He also disturbe my attendence on PF register. My attendence is 5 months 5 days, but he note the register on P. F. register only Four months

I had a roast chicken dinner last night (August 26,2023) it was all soggy, I cooked it in the oven following the directions. Expiry date was 2024 FE 28. One piece if so called turkey (I guess it was) I will never buy these again.

Hi i purchased a box of nestle quality street chocolates from my local woolworths store. I was quite disappointed to find only one of the new flavor chocolate caramel browine in the entire box. An excessive amount of toffee penny and toffee finger. The box is not evenly sorted. Extremely annoying considering they are not cheap boxes of chocolates.
I purchased the new 300g (as opposed to standard 200g) "Extra Vallue" refill resealable pouch today.
Purchased at Pick N Pay in Midrand News, Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa
I opened it and emptied into an empty 200g bottle, expecting to fill one and a half empty bottles.
It barely filled one.!
