No real info
I purchased neighborhood who about four months ago and paid for it every month $25
But as I write this review and think about neighbor whoI have to say honestly there's very little extra information for that kind of money where's the real dirt at neighbor who? Where's the real information at?
Its not completely useless but misses information
So I am into real estate and I was trying to get reliable date to purchase properties. They did give me a lot of data which seemed good. Then I looked up my own house and found out that they did not have my updated deed/mortgage. When dealing with real estate we cannot have incomplete information. So its not just nothing, but the data may not be complete.
Very professional
Many informitivie aspects but didn't have the information I was seeking on a particular property. However I had no trouble at all canceling my service they were very curtious and prompt.
WTF are these other reviewers?
I've just begun using this app, but so far it Beats the hell out of checkpeople.com. I use them both, but I may decide to drop the latter, even though I'm getting it for $9.99/mo. In cases where I already know a lot about the person or location, they've been accurate and up to date. $52.44 for 3 months is a bargain.

If there was a minus, minus, minus zero I would be very happy to "award" it to them!
This is the most disreputable company I have ever been in contact with! HOW DARE they think that charging an exorbitant amount of money without your consent aside a very vague policy blurb where they never get around to telling you the exact monthly costs invovled and bank on the fact that someone like myself would forget--they aren't making money on their so-called "service" they are making on the backs of innocent people. Then, they have the AUDACITY to CHARGE ME AGAIN to cancel! I am furious! I think that I am acutally going to call my congressman (a friend) and go for their juggler vein--this is unacceptable, deceptive and, in my opinion should be illegal. I am sure there is some verbiage somewhere that protects them--no doubt, but how underhanded and preditory can somebody be? I saw someone make the comment that it was a great product for only $9.99---I got charged $87 for ONE month and then...the have the BALLS to charge me $14.95 TO CANCEL IT...now you tell me... that is despicable and underhanded and they should ALL be put in JAIL! What has happened to this world--I wish them nothing but ill!
Totally a scam. Fraudulent charges
I wish I could give negative stars. I only gave one because I had to. I wish I had read some of these reviews before clicking on the one dollar "trial". I consider myself pretty savvy at finding the fine print, and they surely hid theirs well. There was no indication that I was going to be signing up for a $44 per month charge, in perpetuity, for simply spending 15 minutes looking up the permit status on a remodel. I never even received an email indicating that I would be getting charged. I did not discover this until I had been charged 44.00 twice, the first time just a couple of days after having signed up for the one dollar trial, and then again one month later. This is exactly the kind of fraudulent website activity that is being discussed in Congress right now? I hope they pass the law requiring that websites be absolutely transparent in their charges, and that the same mechanism for agreeing to the charge has to be available for canceling. I emailed the company, using the link they provided to dispute charges, and I have heard nothing from them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, but I honestly have a little hope of getting my money back. I'm just hoping that my review here will help others, and maybe will help shame this company out of their fraudulent activity.
Fraud Alert: Neighbor Who Charged Me Despite Cancellation - Do Not Use!
I had a really bad experience with Neighbor Who. They took $44.86 from my account even though I canceled the service on the first day of the trial period. I tried to contact them through email, phone, and a cancellation form, but they still charged me after seven days. It's not fair that they took my money without any reason.
I don't recommend this company to anyone. Even if you read all the terms and conditions, they will still take your money. It's not right and it's fraud. Please stay away from Neighbor Who.

NeighborWhos Took My Money Without Permission - Beware!
So, I was curious about my house and wanted to know more about it. I went to Neighbor Who and paid one dollar to see what information they had. I made sure to choose the cheapest option because I didn't want to keep getting charged. But, this morning I saw that NeighborWhos took $44.86 from my account! What the heck? I didn't see anything that said they would keep charging me. I'm really confused and upset. I just want my money back and I'll delete this review.
Neighbor Who Review: A Disappointing Experience with Inaccurate Data and Shady Business Practices
So, I was on the hunt for some juicy information about my neighbor's property, and I stumbled upon Neighbor Who, which promises to provide accurate data. They offered me a 7-day trial for just a buck, and I thought why not give it a shot. But when I signed up and paid the fee, the website failed me. It turned out that they had no records of that address, and that left me furious. I mean, why wasn't I informed about this earlier? I don't care if it's just a dollar; it's really sketchy business.
It's quite disappointing that I got nothing out of the website. It feels like I wasted my precious dollar on something that can't deliver what it's supposed to offer. I mean, I expected more from a website that boasts having vast property information. It's a shame that it didn't live up to my expectations, and it's not something that I would ever suggest to my friends.
All in all, Neighbor Who seems like another fraud website that only aims to rip-off unsuspecting people. Therefore, If you do need to look up property information, it's better to opt for other more trustworthy sites where you can be sure of getting the accurate data you need.
Neighbor Who Review: Shady Billing Practices and Lackluster Service
So, I had a bit of a sticky situation with Neighbor Who. I was browsing around their website, trying to suss out some information about my neighborhood. I didn't think too much about giving them my credit card information - you know, one of those "just in case" moments. Little did I know that I was also signing up for their service, and being charged $52.44 a month for a few months without even knowing it. It really made me feel like I was getting ripped off - I mean, who wants to pay for something they don't even use?
To make matters worse, Neighbor Who doesn't even offer anything that I can't get for free on other websites. I really don't know what I was thinking, giving them my credit card information like that. It's a rookie mistake, I know, but I felt pretty dumb about it. To top it all off, it seems like they don't have the best track record when it comes to customer service - I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for just two of the months they overcharged me for. I'm not holding my breath for the rest of the money back, either.
Look, I really hate to say it, but I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them. Their practice of sneaking these charges onto people's credit cards is really shady, and I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. Don't make the same mistake I did - if you're looking for neighborhood information, there are plenty of other services out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg.
Neighbor Who Review: Disappointing Experience with Information Lookup Service
I found Neighbor Who (neighborwho.com) online and decided to give it a try. I was hoping to learn some information about the people who live in my neighborhood, including their contact information and background checks. However, I found that after performing only one search, the page told me that I had produced too many reports and that the promised PDF printout did not work. I was very disappointed by this experience and thought that it was an error on the part of the website.
Now, I find myself banned from the page, unable to reach the website's customer service by email. I am unable to cancel the trial, even though I completed the period I paid for. What's worse, I worry that the company may charge me the full price after the trial ends, which would only deprive me of my hard-earned money for a service that didn't work as advertised. I am very unhappy about this experience, and I must say that I will sue their little butts off if they do.
Just a note to Neighbor Who: I did cancel the trial period once it was up. I hope that they are not using any of my personal information, and I urge other customers to be cautious when using their services. I learned a lesson about trusting online reviews and user accounts, and it's not something that I will be doing again anytime soon. I hope that other users will take heed of this review and take precautions when using Neighbor Who.
Unreliable and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Neighbor Who
I had a chance to try Neighbor Who and I have to say it wasn't a great experience. I mean, I was excited to try the service out, but after only 4 days, I decided to cancel my 7 day trial. Why? Well, let me tell you.
So, when I signed up, they asked for some basic information about me, like my address and phone number, but when I got the results...it was all wrong! Seriously, they got so much of it wrong. And I'm not even talking about minor mistakes here and there, I mean major stuff like my age and my job title. I don't know how they messed it up so badly, but they did. Plus, some really basic information was missing altogether, stuff that you can easily find on other similar websites.
So, I reached out to Neighbor Who to complain about all the incorrect and missing information. But, guess what? I never got a response. Nothing. Zilch. I mean, that's just not good customer service, right? And to top it all off, even though I canceled my subscription before the 7 day trial was up, they still went ahead and charged me $44.88. Can you believe that? What a rip-off.
Anyway, long story short, I wouldn't recommend Neighbor Who to anyone. Based on my experience, their service was just not accurate or helpful at all. And with customer service like that, it's not surprising. So, save yourself some time (and money!) and look elsewhere for your neighbor information needs.
Buyer Beware: My Honest Review of Neighbor Who - Don't Get Tricked!
This website Neighbor Who, I gotta be honest, it ain't my cup of tea. Like seriously, if a company doesn't tell me upfront how much it's gonna cost me, I'm out. Plus, they let me think it's all free and dandy, only to tell me about a $1 trial when I tryna leave. Come on, now. That ain't right. Makes me wonder if they have something to hide.
But the worst thing about Neighbor Who is that they trick people like me into thinking we need them. I mean, I could go to town hall and get most of the information they're peddling for free. And don't even get me started on the fact that they want me to cough up my hard-earned cash just to find out about my neighbors. No way, Jose.
Anyway, I'm gonna tell everyone I know to watch out for these sneaky dudes. Don't fall for their tricks, folks.
Disappointing experience with Neighbor Who: A review of their service and customer support
I was lookin' around for a good service for findin' info on my neighbors and decided to give Neighbor Who a try. They had a sweet deal where I could sign up for jus' a buck for a week and then decide if I wanted to keep goin' for $45 a month. Seemed like a good deal to me. But when I searched for info on two different properties, they only had info on one. That was a bummer.
So I figured I would cancel before they charged me the big $45. But when I sent in a cancellation notice, I heard crickets. No response from the Neighbor Who team at all. I tried emailin' their customer service, but still... nada. I was startin' to get frustrated. Finally, I had to cancel through my credit card company, which is always a huge hassle.
Then, outta nowhere, I get an email from Neighbor Who, practically beggin' me to cancel my dispute with Fidelity Visa so I could get my refund faster. I mean, I appreciate 'em reachin' out, but it's kinda too little too late now, ya know?
Overall, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with Neighbor Who. The lack of info and terrible customer service just ain't worth the trouble. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone lookin' for reliable and helpful data on their neighbors.
Beware of Unauthorized Charges from Neighborwho.com: My Experience
Oh my goodness gracious, y'all won't believe the hullabaloo I'm dealing with over at Neighborwho.com. I was just minding my own business, browsing their website and paying a buck to get some short term service, ya know? Then the next thing I know, they done gone and transferred $44.86 from my PayPal account without me givin' them no authorization or agreement. Like, what in tarnation?
Now listen, I may not be no fancy lawyer or nothin', but I do know a thing or two about fair play. And what Neighborwho.com did ain't it, chief. I never signed no documents or agreed to no long term service through their pay system. And if they don't quit it with all this shady business, I'm fixin' to take them up on a report and complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
I'm just tryna live my life, y'all. Why they gotta make it so difficult? In conclusion, I do not recommend Neighborwho.com to anyone unless they wanna risk an uninvited transaction. Stay safe out there, folks.
Unexpected Charges: My Experience with Neighbor Who's Information Lookup Service
I recently decided to try out Neighbor Who for a small fee of $1 to see if I could look up information about a house I grew up in. After finding the information I needed, I left the site and thought nothing more of it. However, two weeks later, I was shocked to see that $44.86 had been withdrawn from my Paypal account by Neighborhoowho without my prior knowledge or consent.
I immediately reached out to the company to see if we could resolve this issue, but I can't help but wonder how many others have fallen victim to this unexpected charge. It's a shame that there are so many other one-star reviews with similar complaints, as it seems like this should have been a simple issue to prevent.
If Neighbor Who is going to charge people again without warning, they should make it very clear and obvious on their website. It would be in their best interest to do so, as it would prevent misunderstandings and negative reviews like mine. Yet, as it stands, it seems like they are not putting the needs of their customers first.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering using this service to be aware of the potential for unexpected charges. While I appreciate that they were able to provide the information I needed, I can't help but feel like this company operates in a less-than-transparent way.
Neighbor Who Review: False Promises and Hidden Charges - Beware!
So, I decided to give Neighbor Who a chance and check out their "free" property address information. I received an email notifying me that the report was ready for viewing. However, to my dismay, it turned out that I had to pay for a subscription to actually access the information. I was disappointed, but I decided to give it a shot and created an account.
To my surprise, I was told that they didn't have any information on the particular property I was searching for which struck me as strange as they advertised that they search public records. This left me feeling a bit frustrated, as I felt like these promises were false and designed to lure people in.
I decided to immediately cancel my account, and was left feeling wary, especially after reading some reports that shared similar experiences and even reported continuing charges for subscribed service even after canceling the membership.
So, if you're considering using Neighbor Who, I recommend being extremely careful. Don't be fooled by promises of services that they may not be able to provide. Keep a close eye on your account to make sure you're not being charged for something that you didn't sign up for.
Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Neighbor Who
- they're a good company - but could not provide any help. Neighbor Who has poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. They're only interested in taking your money and not giving you the service they promised.
I recently had an experience with Neighbor Who and it was not a pleasant one. I signed up for their service with my old email address, which I rarely use. Unfortunately, I missed a payment because I didn't use my primary email and didn't get any notifications from the company. As a result, my bank charged me an overdraft fee. When I reached out to the company, they were willing to refund some of the monthly fees, but that's about it.
The whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth. It seems like Neighbor Who is more interested in making money than providing quality service. I had no idea that I had signed up for a 7 day review with fees collected if I don't stop renewal. How could I stop this if using an email I do not use? I never knowingly signed up for anything, and I never received any U.S. mail, so this whole thing feels like a scam to me.
To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. They didn't offer any solutions to my problem, and I'm left feeling like I've been taken advantage of. To top it all off, I have no documents except from Paypal - they're a good company - but couldn't provide me with any assistance either. I would not recommend Neighbor Who to anyone. Save yourself some trouble and find a better service provider that won't leave you in the lurch.
