Neighbor Who Disappointing Experience with Neighbor Who

As someone who values transparency and accuracy, my experience with Neighbor Who left much to be desired. The auto-billing system was misleading, automatically charging me without clear consent. Despite attempting to cancel, the lack of transparency felt like a deceptive practice. The information provided was inaccurate, leading to frustration and wasted time. I would caution others against using this service due to these issues.

Neighbor Who Its not completely useless but misses information

So I am into real estate and I was trying to get reliable date to purchase properties. They did give me a lot of data which seemed good. Then I looked up my own house and found out that they did not have my updated deed/mortgage. When dealing with real estate we cannot have incomplete information. So its not just nothing, but the data may not be complete.

Neighbor Who WTF are these other reviewers?

I've just begun using this app, but so far it Beats the hell out of checkpeople.com. I use them both, but I may decide to drop the latter, even though I'm getting it for $9.99/mo. In cases where I already know a lot about the person or location, they've been accurate and up to date. $52.44 for 3 months is a bargain.

Neighbor Who Scam Alert: My Experience with Neighbor Who Parking Rental

Oh boy, let me tell you about Neighbor Who. They call it "reserved" but to me, it's really just purchased. I bought a spot on there and thought I would be able to move in, but then I changed my mind and cancelled just three days later. The fee they told me was around $73.00 and I didn't mind letting them keep it. But surprise, surprise, they charged me another $73.00 because I guess I was supposed to rent it for two months instead. What kind of scam is that?

So, I asked them if they were going to rent out the spot to someone else, and then they hit me with some special neighbor lingo. Apparently, "canceled" means "moved out" and I have no rights to the space even though I paid for a full month's rent. It just doesn't make sense to me and they seem to pick and choose what words mean what.

I tried reaching out to their support team, but they weren't much help either. It took them a week and a half just to contact me back. I definitely won't be using Neighbor Who again, that's for sure. No stars from me on this one.

Neighbor Who NeighborWho.com Review: Easy to Use and Informative, But Account Deletion Process Could Be Improved

neighborwho.com is pretty good for finding information on your neighbors. I was able to get what I needed pretty easily and the website was easy peasy to navigate. The only big ol' bump in the road I hit was when I wanted to delete my account. It took me a little while to figure it out, which was kinda frustrating. Apparently, you have to look in the FAQ section to find out how to delete your account. After I found that out, I had to email the customer service team to get it taken care of, but they responded super quick, so that was a relief. I reckon they make it tricky to delete your account on purpose so they can keep charging a monthly fee. That's just my way of thinking though!

Overall, I reckon the service is pretty sweet. What they advertised is pretty much what you get, and there were no real hiccups apart from the annoying account deletion process. So if you're in the market for info about your neighbors, give Neighbor Who a holler and maybe it will make things easier for you, too!

Neighbor Who Neighborwho: Don't Pay for Empty Promises and No Results!

I was looking for some information about a piece of property and went to do a Google search. It suggested using Neighborwho, so I thought I'd give it a try. When I got to the site, it looked like I would be able to generate a report on the property, but then it turned out I had to pay a fee to subscribe first. Even though this felt a little sketchy to me, I decided to pay it anyway so I could get the report.

Well, turns out there was no report and I was pretty mad about it - especially since my credit card had been charged. So I called up customer service right away to demand a refund and cancel my subscription. They said that the refund was on its way, but it might take a few days to process. That just makes me even more angry.

Overall, I really don't recommend this service to anyone. It's annoying that they make you pay before you can even see the report, and then there's no report to be had! Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with Neighborwho.

Neighbor Who Beware Before You Buy: My Disappointing Experience with Neighbor Who's Neighborhood Information

Their website, Neighbor Who, promises to offer information about your neighborhood and the people who reside there. However, my experience with the website was less than satisfactory.

After browsing through the free information, I decided to pay for more detailed information. I thought I had hit the jackpot when I was offered a 40% discount on the payment page. Little did I know that this would be the start of my troubles.

It soon became clear that the information they provided was not worth the money I paid. The files I received were locked and when I finally accessed them, I found them to be disappointingly incomplete. And to make matters worse, their discounted fee was still higher than what other search services charge.

To add insult to injury, it has been 48 hours since I requested a refund but I am yet to receive it. I remain hopeful that it will come through.

In conclusion, I suggest that you save your time, your money and your sanity by not using Neighbor Who's services. Nobody likes to have their time and money wasted, and this website is not worth the investment.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who: A Scam with Terrible Design and No Customer Support - Avoid at All Costs!

So, I used Neighbor Who to check out this house that I wanted to rent. I wanted to see if it was worth it, you know what I mean? Anyway, I found out that Neighbor Who wasn't what I was looking for, so I tried to cancel my subscription. But I couldn't find the cancel button anywhere! It was so frustrating because I was being charged again and again for something I wasn't even using.

It wasn't until February and March that I got a notification about more charges. I was so upset that I had to contact their billing department to finally cancel my subscription. And guess what? The cancel button was hiding in plain sight! They deliberately make it so difficult to cancel so they can steal your money. They even have some blurbs when you sign up that say there will be automatic renewals, but they don't make it clear enough!

What's worse is that they don't even give you any more information than what you can find for free on your county or state's real estate records. I should have just gone to those sources for free instead of wasting my hard-earned money on Neighbor Who!

I ended up losing a whole $95 dollars because of their terrible design and lack of customer support. I would not recommend Neighbor Who to anyone!

Neighbor Who Scandalous Neighbor Who and PayPal: A cautionary tale

So, listen up folks, I wanted to give you the scoop on Neighbor Who, but it ain't a good one! My phone was swiped, and I'm pretty sure it was jacked by some youngin'. The worst part is they used my PayPal account to sign up for Neighbor Who, which seemed like some kind of social network for peeps in your hood.

To be safe y'all, I reported my credit cards lost or stolen and got new ones issued. But in December, even though my trial membership ended in October, Neighbor Who deducted $44.86 from my card. I had to get new cards again, and in January - you guessed it - another $44.86. I had no way of cancelling the account since I didn't open it and was told I needed the membership information. That really burned my biscuits, y'all.

At that point, I threw up my hands and decided to say "Peace Out" to PayPal altogether. I'm not trying to risk getting robbed again just to use their service to purchase things. I did try to get a refund from Neighbor Who, but they shot me down like a clay pigeon. Not cool, y'all.

I'm telling y'all, Neighbor Who ain't no good. I wouldn't recommend using them even if they were giving out free cupcakes. And if you're using PayPal, you better watch yo back. When I reported my card lost, no other charges should have gone through. Neighbor Who found a way to get my dinero even when I didn't sign up for their service. Straight up scandalous, y'all. Stay far away from them.

Neighbor Who NeighborWho.com Review: Disappointing Data and Need for Refund

I was in need of some important information regarding my property's deed history, and that's how I stumbled across Neighbor Who (neighborwho.com). However, my experience with their site wasn't exactly smooth sailing. According to their claims, I was supposed to have access to a report with all the data that I needed, but it wasn't that easy.

After filling out all necessary details and paying for their $1.00 trial, I was disappointed to find that the data I required was nowhere to be found. I assumed that perhaps it was a glitch, so I decided to run the report again. Still, no luck. To my surprise, the data that they claimed to have was already available for free through my county appraisal office! To make things worse, the report they generated provided no deed records, even though I had previously looked at the current deed.

Naturally, I wanted a refund and decided to contact their customer service team. I don't know if it was a busy day for them, but I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes on hold. The representative was polite and friendly, and they immediately agreed to cancel my subscription and issue a refund. While I appreciate their prompt response, I can't help but wonder if they hoped that I would give up over a dollar instead of waiting on hold. In any case, I wanted what I was promised and held firm, and I got my refund.

To add insult to injury, they also presented me with a useless offer, an identity search, which I already had a service for. It's definitely something to keep in mind if you're planning on using Neighbor Who in the future. In conclusion, I can only say that while I got my refund, I wasn't quite satisfied with my experience.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who: Sketchy Search Tool or Useful Resource? A Mixed Review

So, I tried out Neighbor Who and I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, they do get the job done and provide some info on the person you're searching for. On the other hand, the process is kinda sketchy.

First of all, they make you think like they're working really hard to compile all the info they have about the person. But in reality, it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to complete a search. They even use progress bars to make it seem like they're doing a lot of work. And I wouldn't be surprised if this was just a tactic to make the user feel more invested in the search, so that they eventually pay for the file.

And speaking of paying, it kinda disappoints me that they don't even tell you upfront that there are fees involved. I get it, this is a common practice in this industry, but it still sucks. And it's even worse that they don't let you know what kind of information they've found. If you're gonna ask me to pay $20 to $40, at least let me know what you've got before I hand over my hard-earned cash.

But hey, I won't lie, I did find some good info on there. I just wish they were more transparent about the whole process. So, yeah, if you don't mind the sketchy tactics and just want some info on your neighbor or whoever, then give it a shot. But if you're looking for a completely trustworthy service, you might wanna look elsewhere.

Neighbor Who Beware of Neighbor Who: Shadiest Company with Deceptive Practices and Illegal Charges

I have to say, Neighbor Who (neighborwho.com) is quite possibly the shadiest company I have ever come across. How could they possibly justify charging such a ridiculous amount of money without even asking for consent? And to top it all off, they don't even make it clear what the monthly costs are! They must be banking on the fact that so many innocent people will forget to cancel their subscriptions. It's not service, it's legalized theft!

But it gets worse. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they had the nerve to charge me AGAIN! Are you kidding me? This is beyond unacceptable. It's downright deceptive and I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm so angry that I'm considering contacting my friend who is a congressman to see what can be done about this. I won't stand for this kind of predatory behavior.

To add insult to injury, I saw someone mention that they got the service for only $9.99. Can you believe that I was charged a whopping $87 for just one month?! And then they had the nerve to charge me $14.95 just to cancel it. That's pure greed. They should all be thrown in jail for this kind of deception.

It's unbelievable that a company can get away with this kind of behavior, and it's a sad reflection on the state of the world we live in. I wouldn't wish these kinds of people any good fortune. Stay far away from Neighbor Who - they're just out to take your hard-earned money and give you nothing in return.

I cancelled it before the end of the trial because I thought it was BS

I ran a report on my brother and myself. The report for my brother had data all the way up to now addresses and employment data that went through to 2023 …. The issue is however that my brother DIED in1996.

The report on me…. So funny that I can’t even imagine what they are thinking., I have college degrees and jobs and I’m a Veteran as well…. But I have nothing like that in the report from that company. I just found out that I have been paying $44.86 each month for the past two months

Trying to cancel again now

Neighbor Who Beware Hidden Fees: My Negative Experience with Permit Check Website

I really do not feel good about this one. I gotta say, I'm not even giving it a full star, just one because I have to. I'm pretty smart when it comes to finding the hidden fees, but I missed this one. I really should've read these other reviews before I clicked the trial for one dollar. Suddenly, I'm getting charged 44 bucks a month, forever, just for looking at a permit status for some remodel that took about 15 minutes. I didn't even know that I was being charged until I saw two payments of 44 dollars in my account. One was only a couple of days after I signed up for that trial, then another one appeared a month later. Congress is talking about this type of fraud right now, and I hope the new law makes websites clarify all of these fees and create an easy way to cancel the charge. Their link that they provided to dispute the charges hasn't even given me a peep of response from the company, so now I'm just waiting for the Better Business Bureau to do something. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I'll get my money back. But, I hope that writing this review will help others out and encourage this company to stop this fraudulent activity.

Neighbor Who If there was a minus, minus, minus zero I would be very happy to "award" it to them!

This is the most disreputable company I have ever been in contact with! HOW DARE they think that charging an exorbitant amount of money without your consent aside a very vague policy blurb where they never get around to telling you the exact monthly costs invovled and bank on the fact that someone like myself would forget--they aren't making money on their so-called "service" they are making on the backs of innocent people. Then, they have the AUDACITY to CHARGE ME AGAIN to cancel! I am furious! I think that I am acutally going to call my congressman (a friend) and go for their juggler vein--this is unacceptable, deceptive and, in my opinion should be illegal. I am sure there is some verbiage somewhere that protects them--no doubt, but how underhanded and preditory can somebody be? I saw someone make the comment that it was a great product for only $9.99---I got charged $87 for ONE month and then...the have the BALLS to charge me $14.95 TO CANCEL IT...now you tell me... that is despicable and underhanded and they should ALL be put in JAIL! What has happened to this world--I wish them nothing but ill!

Neighbor Who Totally a scam. Fraudulent charges

I wish I could give negative stars. I only gave one because I had to. I wish I had read some of these reviews before clicking on the one dollar "trial". I consider myself pretty savvy at finding the fine print, and they surely hid theirs well. There was no indication that I was going to be signing up for a $44 per month charge, in perpetuity, for simply spending 15 minutes looking up the permit status on a remodel. I never even received an email indicating that I would be getting charged. I did not discover this until I had been charged 44.00 twice, the first time just a couple of days after having signed up for the one dollar trial, and then again one month later. This is exactly the kind of fraudulent website activity that is being discussed in Congress right now? I hope they pass the law requiring that websites be absolutely transparent in their charges, and that the same mechanism for agreeing to the charge has to be available for canceling. I emailed the company, using the link they provided to dispute charges, and I have heard nothing from them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, but I honestly have a little hope of getting my money back. I'm just hoping that my review here will help others, and maybe will help shame this company out of their fraudulent activity.

Neighbor Who Fraud Alert: Neighbor Who Charged Me Despite Cancellation - Do Not Use!

I had a really bad experience with Neighbor Who. They took $44.86 from my account even though I canceled the service on the first day of the trial period. I tried to contact them through email, phone, and a cancellation form, but they still charged me after seven days. It's not fair that they took my money without any reason.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. Even if you read all the terms and conditions, they will still take your money. It's not right and it's fraud. Please stay away from Neighbor Who.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who Review: A Disappointing Experience with Inaccurate Data and Shady Business Practices

So, I was on the hunt for some juicy information about my neighbor's property, and I stumbled upon Neighbor Who, which promises to provide accurate data. They offered me a 7-day trial for just a buck, and I thought why not give it a shot. But when I signed up and paid the fee, the website failed me. It turned out that they had no records of that address, and that left me furious. I mean, why wasn't I informed about this earlier? I don't care if it's just a dollar; it's really sketchy business.

It's quite disappointing that I got nothing out of the website. It feels like I wasted my precious dollar on something that can't deliver what it's supposed to offer. I mean, I expected more from a website that boasts having vast property information. It's a shame that it didn't live up to my expectations, and it's not something that I would ever suggest to my friends.

All in all, Neighbor Who seems like another fraud website that only aims to rip-off unsuspecting people. Therefore, If you do need to look up property information, it's better to opt for other more trustworthy sites where you can be sure of getting the accurate data you need.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who Review: Shady Billing Practices and Lackluster Service

So, I had a bit of a sticky situation with Neighbor Who. I was browsing around their website, trying to suss out some information about my neighborhood. I didn't think too much about giving them my credit card information - you know, one of those "just in case" moments. Little did I know that I was also signing up for their service, and being charged $52.44 a month for a few months without even knowing it. It really made me feel like I was getting ripped off - I mean, who wants to pay for something they don't even use?

To make matters worse, Neighbor Who doesn't even offer anything that I can't get for free on other websites. I really don't know what I was thinking, giving them my credit card information like that. It's a rookie mistake, I know, but I felt pretty dumb about it. To top it all off, it seems like they don't have the best track record when it comes to customer service - I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for just two of the months they overcharged me for. I'm not holding my breath for the rest of the money back, either.

Look, I really hate to say it, but I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them. Their practice of sneaking these charges onto people's credit cards is really shady, and I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. Don't make the same mistake I did - if you're looking for neighborhood information, there are plenty of other services out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who Review: Disappointing Experience with Information Lookup Service

I found Neighbor Who (neighborwho.com) online and decided to give it a try. I was hoping to learn some information about the people who live in my neighborhood, including their contact information and background checks. However, I found that after performing only one search, the page told me that I had produced too many reports and that the promised PDF printout did not work. I was very disappointed by this experience and thought that it was an error on the part of the website.

Now, I find myself banned from the page, unable to reach the website's customer service by email. I am unable to cancel the trial, even though I completed the period I paid for. What's worse, I worry that the company may charge me the full price after the trial ends, which would only deprive me of my hard-earned money for a service that didn't work as advertised. I am very unhappy about this experience, and I must say that I will sue their little butts off if they do.

Just a note to Neighbor Who: I did cancel the trial period once it was up. I hope that they are not using any of my personal information, and I urge other customers to be cautious when using their services. I learned a lesson about trusting online reviews and user accounts, and it's not something that I will be doing again anytime soon. I hope that other users will take heed of this review and take precautions when using Neighbor Who.

Neighbor Who Unreliable and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Neighbor Who

I had a chance to try Neighbor Who and I have to say it wasn't a great experience. I mean, I was excited to try the service out, but after only 4 days, I decided to cancel my 7 day trial. Why? Well, let me tell you.

So, when I signed up, they asked for some basic information about me, like my address and phone number, but when I got the results...it was all wrong! Seriously, they got so much of it wrong. And I'm not even talking about minor mistakes here and there, I mean major stuff like my age and my job title. I don't know how they messed it up so badly, but they did. Plus, some really basic information was missing altogether, stuff that you can easily find on other similar websites.

So, I reached out to Neighbor Who to complain about all the incorrect and missing information. But, guess what? I never got a response. Nothing. Zilch. I mean, that's just not good customer service, right? And to top it all off, even though I canceled my subscription before the 7 day trial was up, they still went ahead and charged me $44.88. Can you believe that? What a rip-off.

Anyway, long story short, I wouldn't recommend Neighbor Who to anyone. Based on my experience, their service was just not accurate or helpful at all. And with customer service like that, it's not surprising. So, save yourself some time (and money!) and look elsewhere for your neighbor information needs.

Neighbor Who Buyer Beware: My Honest Review of Neighbor Who - Don't Get Tricked!

This website Neighbor Who, I gotta be honest, it ain't my cup of tea. Like seriously, if a company doesn't tell me upfront how much it's gonna cost me, I'm out. Plus, they let me think it's all free and dandy, only to tell me about a $1 trial when I tryna leave. Come on, now. That ain't right. Makes me wonder if they have something to hide.

But the worst thing about Neighbor Who is that they trick people like me into thinking we need them. I mean, I could go to town hall and get most of the information they're peddling for free. And don't even get me started on the fact that they want me to cough up my hard-earned cash just to find out about my neighbors. No way, Jose.

Anyway, I'm gonna tell everyone I know to watch out for these sneaky dudes. Don't fall for their tricks, folks.

Neighbor Who Disappointing experience with Neighbor Who: A review of their service and customer support

I was lookin' around for a good service for findin' info on my neighbors and decided to give Neighbor Who a try. They had a sweet deal where I could sign up for jus' a buck for a week and then decide if I wanted to keep goin' for $45 a month. Seemed like a good deal to me. But when I searched for info on two different properties, they only had info on one. That was a bummer.

So I figured I would cancel before they charged me the big $45. But when I sent in a cancellation notice, I heard crickets. No response from the Neighbor Who team at all. I tried emailin' their customer service, but still... nada. I was startin' to get frustrated. Finally, I had to cancel through my credit card company, which is always a huge hassle.

Then, outta nowhere, I get an email from Neighbor Who, practically beggin' me to cancel my dispute with Fidelity Visa so I could get my refund faster. I mean, I appreciate 'em reachin' out, but it's kinda too little too late now, ya know?

Overall, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with Neighbor Who. The lack of info and terrible customer service just ain't worth the trouble. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone lookin' for reliable and helpful data on their neighbors.

Neighbor Who Beware of Unauthorized Charges from Neighborwho.com: My Experience

Oh my goodness gracious, y'all won't believe the hullabaloo I'm dealing with over at Neighborwho.com. I was just minding my own business, browsing their website and paying a buck to get some short term service, ya know? Then the next thing I know, they done gone and transferred $44.86 from my PayPal account without me givin' them no authorization or agreement. Like, what in tarnation?

Now listen, I may not be no fancy lawyer or nothin', but I do know a thing or two about fair play. And what Neighborwho.com did ain't it, chief. I never signed no documents or agreed to no long term service through their pay system. And if they don't quit it with all this shady business, I'm fixin' to take them up on a report and complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

I'm just tryna live my life, y'all. Why they gotta make it so difficult? In conclusion, I do not recommend Neighborwho.com to anyone unless they wanna risk an uninvited transaction. Stay safe out there, folks.

Neighbor Who Unexpected Charges: My Experience with Neighbor Who's Information Lookup Service

I recently decided to try out Neighbor Who for a small fee of $1 to see if I could look up information about a house I grew up in. After finding the information I needed, I left the site and thought nothing more of it. However, two weeks later, I was shocked to see that $44.86 had been withdrawn from my Paypal account by Neighborhoowho without my prior knowledge or consent.

I immediately reached out to the company to see if we could resolve this issue, but I can't help but wonder how many others have fallen victim to this unexpected charge. It's a shame that there are so many other one-star reviews with similar complaints, as it seems like this should have been a simple issue to prevent.

If Neighbor Who is going to charge people again without warning, they should make it very clear and obvious on their website. It would be in their best interest to do so, as it would prevent misunderstandings and negative reviews like mine. Yet, as it stands, it seems like they are not putting the needs of their customers first.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering using this service to be aware of the potential for unexpected charges. While I appreciate that they were able to provide the information I needed, I can't help but feel like this company operates in a less-than-transparent way.

Neighbor Who Neighbor Who Review: False Promises and Hidden Charges - Beware!

So, I decided to give Neighbor Who a chance and check out their "free" property address information. I received an email notifying me that the report was ready for viewing. However, to my dismay, it turned out that I had to pay for a subscription to actually access the information. I was disappointed, but I decided to give it a shot and created an account.

To my surprise, I was told that they didn't have any information on the particular property I was searching for which struck me as strange as they advertised that they search public records. This left me feeling a bit frustrated, as I felt like these promises were false and designed to lure people in.

I decided to immediately cancel my account, and was left feeling wary, especially after reading some reports that shared similar experiences and even reported continuing charges for subscribed service even after canceling the membership.

So, if you're considering using Neighbor Who, I recommend being extremely careful. Don't be fooled by promises of services that they may not be able to provide. Keep a close eye on your account to make sure you're not being charged for something that you didn't sign up for.

Neighbor Who Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Neighbor Who

- they're a good company - but could not provide any help. Neighbor Who has poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. They're only interested in taking your money and not giving you the service they promised.

I recently had an experience with Neighbor Who and it was not a pleasant one. I signed up for their service with my old email address, which I rarely use. Unfortunately, I missed a payment because I didn't use my primary email and didn't get any notifications from the company. As a result, my bank charged me an overdraft fee. When I reached out to the company, they were willing to refund some of the monthly fees, but that's about it.

The whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth. It seems like Neighbor Who is more interested in making money than providing quality service. I had no idea that I had signed up for a 7 day review with fees collected if I don't stop renewal. How could I stop this if using an email I do not use? I never knowingly signed up for anything, and I never received any U.S. mail, so this whole thing feels like a scam to me.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. They didn't offer any solutions to my problem, and I'm left feeling like I've been taken advantage of. To top it all off, I have no documents except from Paypal - they're a good company - but couldn't provide me with any assistance either. I would not recommend Neighbor Who to anyone. Save yourself some trouble and find a better service provider that won't leave you in the lurch.
