I keep telling them to stop sending me this stuff, but they just won't listen. They keep on ignoring my pleas.

I bought stuff from this company, but I never got any shipping info or my products. All I got was an email saying it was delivered. I emailed them right away, but it's been over 4 days and all they said was they're swamped with emails and will get back to me. They also suggested I check with my neighbors. I didn't think that was a good idea because of the coronavirus, but I asked my neighbors anyway. I also hoped maybe the postal service made a mistake, but they didn't. I'm so mad and I wasted almost $75.

Their product called Very Cherry Bright causes face sores, scabing and dry flaky skin. I have several red scaring as a result. I have tried it a handful of times, however, not knowing at the time that it was caused by this specific product, until I recently tried it again on its own, which resulted in sores on my forehead, cheeks and chin. I did reach out to their company directly since they manufacture this product, not Sephora. Their customer support stated the following, “ We are sorry to hear you are experiencing irritation. However, we would not be able to service a purchase made with Sephora. Any issues encountered with items bought at Sephora must be presented to Sephora for resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience.” They are unwilling to be held accountable or make it right.

On November 28, I placed an order with Farmacy Beauty, ORDER NO. #***. But guess what? They went ahead and cancelled my order without even bothering to inform me! Can you believe it? I only found out when I checked my order and saw the question mark hanging over it. So, I decided to reach out to them via email to get some answers. And you know what they told me? They said there's some problem with my account. Can you believe that? Here's the email they sent me: ***. I've sent them several emails hoping to resolve this issue, but it seems like no one over there is interested in helping me out. And let me tell you, I've been a loyal user of their products for three whole years! It's really disappointing to see how they're handling this situation. I mean, come on! I'm pregnant, so I can't just switch to another brand. But Farmacy Beauty's behavior is absolutely disgusting, and they're not doing anything to fix the problem. I have no idea what's wrong with my account or why they won't let me make a purchase. I really hope they sort this out ASAP. Thank you!

Hey, so I recently ordered from Farmacy's website, and my order number is ***. But when I got the package, the box was all messed up. I emailed Farmacy's customer service and sent them a pic of the damaged box. They got back to me and told me to open the box and check if the stuff inside was damaged. I told them that I can't give a messed up box as a gift to someone, even if the stuff inside is fine. But they kept insisting that I check the items. So I opened the box and told them that the stuff inside was okay. But I still wanted a replacement because I can't give a damaged box as a gift. Now, it's too late to use it as a gift because shipping is super slow, and they haven't replied to me since 12/10. I've emailed them twice after that, but no response. I want a refund or a new replacement in good condition. It's not a big order, but their customer service is making me feel pretty bummed. Thanks, Yumi.
