National Automotive Experts/ NAE/NWAN ( A Portfolio Company) review: Does not honor warranty purchased!

If there was an AVOID and search for another company button! Contacted warranty company to have parts checked to see for replacement. Tried filing a day before warranty expired, was completely denied. It was an emergency situation because of gas smell and raddling. Went to a place that was not our usual mechanic for safety because ours could not get in for weeks. Called the warranty to file a claim and to schedule with our normal person and they refused! Spoke to a rude person Jackson (if that is his name), would not give us his employee number or a supervisor to speak with for filing the claim, even called the mechanic company to get the info he needed for the labor and parts warranty which was within their regulations. Then this guy asked why we wouldn't go to our normal person 3 times after explaining the emergency and our mechanic couldn't get us in, this guy was pointless and a complete waste of time to speak with and put us on hold and not pick back up. Complete waste as well as our money to pay for this warranty. We could have just paid out of pocket instead of this warranty. Sad and ridiculous how this company took advantage and no regard for safety.
