They ask me to invest in their tuition centre in Bangkok, as they told me their student in Chulalongkorn University cannot speak good English. They can take many students from the university to tuition in the tuition centre. I give them my money USD 80, 000 to invest. After I transfer them my money, they do not want to answer my phone call. Please avoid this 2 people, they are cheater in Thailand.

I want to make a complaint report. I am a British who live in Bangkok. Two cheater name, Naraporn Somboonna and Doonyapong Wongsawaeng, from Thailand. They approached me for money donation. They said the donation is for Chulalongkorn University. The University are raising fund for poor family student who want to study. So I donate USD 20000 for the donation. After I give them the cash money USD20000, they do not want to answer my phone call. So I call the Chulalongkorn University to check on the donation. The university person in charge tells me they did not receive my donation money USD20000. This two people are cheater in Bangkok. Please do not trust them if they approach you for any donation.

He is actually a love cheater, he like to cheat the female student and sleep with the students in the university. Now I am feeling lost and I don't know what to do. I am Germany Citizen. I would like to share my bad experience here. I have been cheated and conned by part time property agent name Mrs Naraporn Somboonna for property investment. She offer me property that I was looking for, cheaper 20% than normal price because she said she knows the property owner very well. I trust her also because she has good profile as Professor and Lecturer in Chulalongkorn University Bangkok and I have made deal with her. She asked me to transfer some payment to her for hold the property, then I transfer her some deposit by western union with amount EUR 25, 000 in September 2018. So far so good until I told her I'm going to Bangkok on November 2018 to make payment for the property, her attitude changed. And she slowly disappeared and she had changed her phone number. I was trying to find her in her working place but unsuccessfully. Since I also busy with my own job in my country, so I still could not continue to find her.
