I am so regret that I went to nail palace.
At first saw their advertising of the sole renewal just to give a try.
Then it started. They take photos of my sole saying this and that.
From the sole to the toenail then to the fingernails.
Promoting if I take this and that got additional discount.
I try to avoid but they keep insisting. Telling me got got credit card installment.
So I sign the first package cost around 3k. Then the second trip appointment again forcing to join package. Not 1 staff talking, around 3 staff surround forcing to sign a package. No choice I just sign with regret. Total of 2 packages. Using Atome, shopback, CC installment. I told them I don't want to join any package.
And now u know what everytime came they keep promoting, and even u dont sign their 6 mth package they will still tell something that make sure we take out our money. Majority or all their staff is not from Spore.
I know its our choice our money, but the pressure from the staffs that makes us uneasy. And they know how to pick customers. This is what I saw when I go there. If the Indians ladies, doing the manicure, they did not promote.
It haunted me and stressful whenever I go Nail Palace. Its not a relax place to be. Now I have to deal my wasted installment a total 6k++ and additional all the stupid adds on. Even my package going to finish but still I on my CC installment. I do not want to recommend Nail Palace to anyone.
Desired outcome: Please do not force and pressure to sign package. If customer said NO means they don't need. Let the customer decide if they want to continue.
Apologies does not help...you need to take actions to resolve the matter...
Please give me a full refund of the entire package amt that I was made to pay for.
Till today 13th Oct 2023, your company is not willing to refund me my money.

They refused to refund me my package amt of $10K
