On 12/7 I got a gel polish at Noire The Nail Bar and it was all bumpy and started peeling off the next day. Just two weeks before that, I had another gel polish that started chipping after only 2 days. They said I couldn't get a refund, but they offered to have another technician fix them. I had two different technicians work on my nails, but I wasn't satisfied with either of their results. They still wouldn't give me a refund. The polish they used was all sticky and seemed like it was old. The products they use are not good quality, but they're not even cheaper.

It has been 6 days since we got those services and unfortunately, some of my daughter's nails have cracked, one even broke off, and the color or top coat is coming off. According to their rules, they offer a 10-day nail fix if there are any issues with your nails. However, they refused to properly fix the nails and we had no choice but to leave without them fixing her nails. We had to go to another nail salon and pay for them to fix her nails and apply a new coat of gel polish. Noire Nail Bar informed me that they actually used a colored powder overlay on her nails, which is different from what I asked for, a fill and gel polish. They also mentioned that they wouldn't be able to match the color, resulting in mismatched pink nails. This was the reason we decided to leave, as they were unwilling to do the original job that I requested.
