I had a very disappointing experience with the package policy at this salon.
I was heavily persuaded and hard-sold into purchasing a substantial lump-sum package, but the expiry date and related restrictions were not clearly communicated to me at the point of purchase. I only found out later, when there was a gap in my visits, that the package had an expiry period and that I would not be able to fully utilise the treatments I had already paid for before the expiry date.
When I approached the salon to request an extension, I was told that an extension was not possible unless I purchased an additional minimum 6-session package. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and, frankly, cheated — I had already made a significant advance payment for treatments that I am now unable to use, and I am being asked to spend even more money just to access what I have already paid for. This is quite ridiculous.
The way this was handled feels very rigid and gives the impression that customers are being pressured into purchasing additional packages rather than being treated fairly based on their existing purchase.
To be clear, the actual nail services provided by the staff are good, and I have no complaints about the quality of their work. My complaint is specifically about the package sales approach, the lack of clear communication regarding the expiry date, and the unreasonable conditions imposed when I requested an extension.
I hope the management will review this matter fairly and consider extending the validity of my existing package without requiring me to purchase another package. I believe this would be a reasonable and customer-focused resolution.
In my case I feel like I am doing a donation to the salon with package not able to utilised.
Please be alert before signing any package with them .
