Ordered about 4 sets of sheets. On 1st delivery, I wrote back that 1 pillow case has spots on it.
NO MATTER how many times I wrote to them.
NO RESPONSE!
It has been over 2 months!
All they had to do is send me ONE darn pillow case.
But that just goes to show you, they do not care.
He WILL be out of business SOON!
It was such a SIMPLE fix!
Just send me the pillow case.

Claimed loss: I guess it would be the $40 bucks I paid.

Desired outcome: Just wanted a replacement pillow case!!!
