Buyer beware: myknobs.com and emtek sell junk hardware amd rip people off.
BUYER BEWARE: I am a licensed GC home builder in Santa Monica, and this scam company (myknobs and emtek) sent me fhe wrong lockset, wrong finish, and refuses to accept responsibility. Their customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the hardware they sell is absolute junk. Dont waste your money, you will be dissapointed in the end. You will have better luck online with Home Depot, or Amazon, or through a more reputable seller like schlage, or kwikset. Avoid any seller using Emtek as a supplier, you will be in for a massive headache, trust me from my terrible experience. Good luck consumers.
Disappointing Experience with MyKnobs: False Promises and Poor Customer Service
So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with MyKnobs. They sold me this product, right? But here's the thing, they didn't even have it in stock! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they kept feeding me these lies about how it would ship in just a couple of days. I mean, come on, guys, be straight with me!
Now, let's talk about their customer service. Oh boy, was it a nightmare! The wait time was just unbearable. I mean, who has time to sit around and wait for ages just to get some answers? Definitely not me. It's like they don't even care about their customers, you know?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys. They really let me down with their false promises and lackluster customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable place to get your knobs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Save yourself the headache
Save yourself a headache. Ordered door knobs from here in July. For weeks the status said "sent to warehouse". I finally called and they said oh these are back ordered until September 19th. I called a week after the 19th and had to call 3 more times. They kept saying they were waiting for the manufacturer to give them an update. I finally said just cancel the order and refund me. It was only then they said, oh they're due mid-October. I asked for the refund anyway and they said they would submit it but I'd have to wait to hear if the manufacturer would authorize it! Now I have called to follow up and they said they are still waiting but I should receive an email from them when it's complete. This company has never sent me an email, never returned my calls. I have to continually call them for what little information they can give me. They are just a middle man and it will be a nightmare to get your money back. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Recommendation: Don't order from here
