Save yourself a headache. Ordered door knobs from here in July. For weeks the status said "sent to warehouse". I finally called and they said oh these are back ordered until September 19th. I called a week after the 19th and had to call 3 more times. They kept saying they were waiting for the manufacturer to give them an update. I finally said just cancel the order and refund me. It was only then they said, oh they're due mid-October. I asked for the refund anyway and they said they would submit it but I'd have to wait to hear if the manufacturer would authorize it! Now I have called to follow up and they said they are still waiting but I should receive an email from them when it's complete. This company has never sent me an email, never returned my calls. I have to continually call them for what little information they can give me. They are just a middle man and it will be a nightmare to get your money back. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company.

So, I bought these really adorable knobs for my laundry room, you know? I went for the copper ones, but man, they didn't look all that great. I was kinda bummed, you know what I mean? Now I have to pay the installers twice because they have to come back for the second installation. What if the second batch they ship doesn't match the first one?
