I purchased a bus ticket with National express and now for two months I have had £8.00 deducted first month and now in May £ 10.00. how can I stop that deduction

This happened to me too when I booked with National Express. The Time Rewards phone number to ring is [protected].
It is a long process: lots of Kakfakesque yes and nos to answer. But keep on hanging on!
At the end I chose the 'I do NOT want to cancel" option and eventually I had to option to speak to an advisor.
Ask to speak to a supervisor. The one I spoke to was very helpful and has PROMISED ("please take my word for it" she said) to REFUND the money taken from my account. She is going to send a hard copy of a claim form etc through the post and by email.
Can you return me my money ? I didn't set up anything like this
