I purchased a bus ticket with National express and now for two months I have had £8.00 deducted first month and now in May £ 10.00. how can I stop that deduction

I bought a train ticket through the Trainline and must have clicked on a discount voucher off future tickets. I assumed that the offer was through Trainline (who already stored my details) and it was to reward my loyalty as a Trainline customer.
I have had £15 taken each month from both COMPLETE SAVE AND MY TIME REWARDS - £000's in total

taking money from my account i’ve never had any business with you. and trying to take money more than once in a week, i’ve sent 1 document as my bank isn’t working properly however i’m sure you know exactly what your doing because you’re doing it to plenty of other people

Today, 10 Feb 2024, I got a notification from my HSBC bank app that £18 were withdrawn from my account by Time Rewards. I double checked and my account with them is deactivated.
