Dear Sir,
It appears you are taking ten pound from my account for a service I have not and do not
require.
Please cancel this service as soon as possible and advise me in writing.

This happened to me too when I booked with National Express. The Time Rewards phone number to ring is [protected].

It is a long process: lots of Kakfakesque yes and nos to answer. But keep on hanging on!

At the end I chose the 'I do NOT want to cancel" option and eventually I had to option to speak to an advisor.

Ask to speak to a supervisor. The one I spoke to was very helpful and has PROMISED ("please take my word for it" she said) to REFUND the money taken from my account. She is going to send a hard copy of a claim form etc through the post and by email.
