My Time Rewards My Time Rewards review: Money taken without knowing consent

15 pounds deducted from my monzo account. I have no idea about this payment and even I don’t know anything about this site. Later, I opened this site and verified on the payment page but my card/bank details is not linked here. Since my card/bank details are not linked so I dont know how the payment has been deducted.

I dont know how to stop this activity and pls help me to claim this money back. I am inclined to contact the police about fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank.

My Time Rewards Money stolen from my account

Once again £15 has been stolen from my account. I want it put it back immediately. Bank has been informed and is cancelling this transaction. It was taken out October 2. I do not have any business with CASHMYTIMEREWARDS and never had had in the past. This has happened before and the amount was taken out three times in a row but was replaced and I told them I wanted no further correspondence

So why for past few months of me having monzo out of no we’re CASH MY TIME REWARDS is taking 15 pound of of my bank every 2weeks or so it’s getting frustrating now cus I don’t know why the hell it’s taking 15 pound out for no reason I don’t have any debts or nothing to be paid so idk why it doing this if I don’t get this money bk I have informed the bank so !

My Time Rewards £15 debited from my bank account

£15 has been debited unlawfully from my bank account this morning. I do not know this company and certainly did not give my bank details or consented to any payment or direct debit. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and/or seek legal representation as seems to be fraud.

This may be some scam coming off the back of a legitimate purchase but not made clear in the transaction.

That transaction has actually made me overdrawn and I will incur additional charges if the bank is unable to resolve it at their end.

Desired outcome: Refund the money fully and remove me and my bank details from your records.

My Time Rewards Rewards scheme

This company have been taking £10 from my bank on the 19th of every month for at least a year.

I have called them to find out how I was ever signed up to this scheme and apparently I sign up when i bought a Train Ticket or a Tocket to a gig through either Trainline or See Tickets. I have had no correspondance from My Time Rewards to tell me how I claim my rewards and I was unware this was been taken from my bank until i started to study my accound in more detail as money os getting tight.

I feel that I have been taken advantage of and and mislead, I have no desire to be part of a reward scheme and i had no idea what My Time was until this morning. I want other to be aware of this - I feel this company is very underhand and i making lots of money from being sneaky and getting peoples banks accountsd through Trainline and See Tickets. I would like my money refunded.

Desired outcome: refund and make other aware. Trainline and See Tickets to dissociate with this company.

My Time Rewards My time rewards

I have recently realised My time rewards has been taking money out of my account for 8 months now, I never signed up or subscribed or gave them my details from what i’m aware so i don’t know how this has happened! I have evidence of all money payments being taken. it has happened on 8 occasions in £15 chunks, £120 in total. This money needs to be put back into my account with immediate effect or I will take things higher up and take legal action.

My Time Rewards My time extracted money from my credit card without notification I need my money. back..

I bought something from Studio Web sight then money was taken from my credit card. It started around May 22, I only noticed it as it never showed on my credit cards statement. I rang my building society I was wanted to cancel my credit card completely.

I was told that payments have been taken out I asked how ? I was told that the money was paid because I had a clause in my credit card that I cant cancel.

I rang the company up they said that I could have a refund £45.00. I took the refund and hoped they would pay all my money back. I will ring up tomorrow.

My Time Rewards My time rewards

The money was deducted without prior mail or warning.
The amount was 15 pounds from Birmingham, UK.
Date - 16 May 2023,
Card ending - *3121.
My account was charged without prior knowledge.
I do not recognise this transaction made from my account.
I would like the refund of the amount at earliest possible as well as avoid any other transaction made from this company.

My Time Rewards Unaware of monthly charge

I had no idea this would be a monthly payment, I wouldn’t have signed up for something I don’t use anymore especially if it’s £15 a month. It was on April 4th the first payment and I didn’t even notice it. I’m not sure when I signed up for this I’m guessing it’s then. I would like a refund on the money I’ve paid as I have not used the site once. I had to call the bank to stop the direct debit as it wouldn’t let me into my account i apparently made.

My Time Rewards I got charged £15 on the 28th of April by My Time Rewards without agreeing to anything!

I was shocked to see today that my account had £15.- taken by My Time Rewards on the 28th of April, for a transaction date 27th of April!

Why? - I didn't process or agreed to any transaction. I'm completely in the dark about why they could access my account at all!

This is fraud!

I want a refund right away.

If My Time Rewards doesn't refund me right away, I'll take legal action.

Nobody who pays by card and uses online banking should be exposed to such fraudulent activity.

I'll only pay by cash in future, I'm really scared.

Desired outcome: An immediate refund, a fine and investigation, and a confirmation they will not use my account details in future

My Time Rewards Taking my money from my bank account without my concern

4 days back I got my money deducted 15 pounds from my bank account which was done by my saving.co.uk and today when I opened my bank account my 15 pound was deducted by my time rewards. This issue is happening after I buyed my protein products. Even if I ticked the green sign mistakenly I haven’t used any of your membership benefits till now. I don’t get it how did this stupid page got my debit card details. I want my 15 pound back. Being an international student life is already hard, and this stupid pages took my 15 pound within 4 days. I want my money back ASAP.

My Time Rewards Taking money from my account

Mytimerewards have been taking £15 from my bank account each month, for several months!

I did not sign up for this, and if l did sign up unintentionally, then l should have received an email from them, welcoming me as a new customer, and with a cooling off period to terminate this “membership!” I did not! I have never received any emails from them whatsoever!

They have acted illegally! Also, l have written several times to their customers services and emails bounce back! They do not answer the phone either!

This is online fraud! The account won’t allow me to cancel, therefore l have been in touch with my bank!

Be warned!

My Time Rewards Unknown transaction by company called '' My time rewards''

It is the second time I am experiencing this: Recently I found out that a company called ''my time rewards'' was pulling out of my account £15 every month, in Feb 2023 two times by £15. I called my bank and filed a complaint. They suggested we cancel my card and they issued me a new one. They also promised to raise a dispute with ''my time rewards''. I have never given this company any permission to debit my account.

The same scenario happened again last year. The same company called ''my time rewards'' was debiting my bank account for many months till I found out.

My Time Rewards Mytime rewards

I just went through my expenses and discovered a fraudulent debit of £15 pounds credited to mytime Rewards last month without my consent. I want my money returned to me, as i never subscribed for this service, nor did i share my card details with them. I was charged on January 31st at 7:32am. My name is Oladapo Adekoya and my Monzo account was charged despite not personally subscribing for this service.

Desired outcome: I want my £15 returned to me and this fraudulent debit stopped.

My Time Rewards Unknown transaction

I had previously filled out a survey for Trainline company for a £15 reward however it did not mention anything about taking money from my account.

I have found out that I had been deducted £15 from my my debit card account coming from the company, my time rewards. This transaction was unauthorised and took place on the 16th of January 2023 at 6:51am.

My Time Rewards Twice per month 15 pounds deducted from my bank account

I used train line making payments from my debit card and I can see from following month 15 pounds deducted from my bank account 19 of december and 15pounds 12 of december and same every month since june. I am not aware of it and it is a complete breech of my debit card usage

I am unable to cancel it since I have no clue where the subscription has been initiated. Need help to resolve it and reclaim back my money

My Time Rewards Money taken from bank without authorisation

Checked credit card statement and found two deductions of £15 on 19th Nov and another on 24th Dec. I have not authorised this and have no idea what it is about. Reading other complaints I think this came about when I booked tickets through Trainline. I Have reported it as Fraud to my credit card provider, and they have frozen further payments. They say they have had other complaints about this company. This scam seems to have bee going on for years and should have been prosecuted.

I used National express making payments from my credit card and i can see from the following month 15 pounds deducted from my account.. i am not aware of it and its a complete breech of my credit card usage ..

I am unaware as to what your service provides, I have never signed up to your membership or whatever services your offering. I have been into my bank today and they have advised I email you regarding this complaint.

My Time Rewards Subscription of £15 from my account.

On checking my account today i noticed a subscription of £15 had been taken

from my account on Sunday 20/11/22 paid to WLY*MYTIMEREWARDS

Continuity/Subscription Merchants NYON. I have never heard of these, it also

states next payment due on 21/12/22. I have blocked the payments going forward through my bank and hopefully i will get my £15 refunded.

exactly the same happened to me. I cancelled my subscription straight away but they still continued to debit money from my account for 18 months. I did not realise that WLY* was Mytimereward. This is likely deliberate. I am awaiting a full refund after completing a claim form.

I don't know why this company deducted 15£ from my account twice. I want the refund from this company. They are totally fraud. My bank app says this info "wly*completesave.co.uk, nyon, 1262" I want my refund please. It happened today when I got the notification that 15£ are deducted from my account. I use onepay card.
