My Time Rewards review: deducting money from my credit card 43

Today, 10 Feb 2024, I got a notification from my HSBC bank app that £18 were withdrawn from my account by Time Rewards. I double checked and my account with them is deactivated.

taking money from my account i’ve never had any business with you. and trying to take money more than once in a week, i’ve sent 1 document as my bank isn’t working properly however i’m sure you know exactly what your doing because you’re doing it to plenty of other people

I bought a train ticket through the Trainline and must have clicked on a discount voucher off future tickets. I assumed that the offer was through Trainline (who already stored my details) and it was to reward my loyalty as a Trainline customer.

I have had £15 taken each month from both COMPLETE SAVE AND MY TIME REWARDS - £000's in total

I never heard before my I don’t know they deduct my amount. I haven’t done, login or subscribe this but without my permission amount is deducted.

I don’t know how do they get my details!

I just got debited 15 by my time rewards without my authorisation. I need help

This company has so far taken £45 from my account and I know I did not sign up with them or anything. I do not even know who they are.

£15 has been debited unlawfully from my bank account this morning. I do not know this company and certainly did not give my bank details or consented to any payment or direct debit. I have never applied for its membership. Refund my money or I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and/or seek legal representation as seems to be fraud.

This keeps taking £15 out of my bank monthly.

I’ve now lost £75 to this without knowing what it is. I haven’t signed up to anything like this so I want it to stop taking it and I want my money back

I do not know why and I did not sign up to this.

Please help me so it stops taking money from me.

I am NOT happy! There has been £15 being taken out of my account for months and I want it sorted! I do not know this website and I want my money back now! Can you get this sorted please and this is ridiculous

for the past 2 months they've been taking £15 out of my bank account, no warning or nothing, nothing i can do to accept or decline before hand they just take it.

Hi, I have been charged by MyTime Reward unauthroised amount for the past few months. As they charge GBP15 it remains under the radar unless one compalins.

This money is being taken from me without my permission and is a complete fraud.

I'm Harshkumar Miyani. Every month £15 cut from my account for my time rewards. I don't know how they get my bank details because I never gave them and never even open their website. I done my card block for that subscription even so this month my money deducted. I tried to mail them and they didn't reply.

Yesterday(21.07.2023) I found out that my bank was automatically debited 15 pounds by this company without my consent. I did not agree to subscribe their service at all!

13 July2023 £15 came out off my account without my authorisation please can you refund me and cancel me off this site please

I have been scammed, this company I have never seen have been taking £15 a month straight from my bank account. I have never put my details into this website and I would like a refund. Dating back to the 13th of December a company called complete save took £15 and followed by this mytimerewards took another £15 on the 18th of December

On the early hours of this morning £15 was taken out from my account,please I need a refund and I wish this transaction be discontinued and the money be returned back to my account.

This company has taken £15 from my account on 06/05/2023 2023. I don't know them. I have never signed a direct debit or standing order with them and neither do I have any contracts with them. I've written to them by email - no response. How do I get my money back?

Number one I do not even know who you are and yet you are removing money from my account so how did you get my details in the first place.

I have never heard of this company and GBP15 has been debited from my credit card with no knowledge or authorisation on 16 April 2023.

When trying to fill in your form to claim back your offer of £20. 87 a green tick appeared from all my entries until I finished and then it wouldn't accept my christian name.

I had 5 attempts with the same result each time.

Do you intend to keep your offer?

As had happened to many others, MyTimeRewards has been taking money form my account without me knowing.

They have taken 15 pound per month from me and i have received no benefit.

I appear to have inadvertantly agreed to a membership i did not want (presumably from my protein pruchase or a rail ticket)

I have been charged £90 to present - £15 x 4 months

I am a unwaged student and cannot afford a loss such as this.

My time rewards have taken a payment of £15 on 03/03/23 at 00:00. I have no prior arrangement with this company and can see they have done this before.

My Time Rewards continues to try and take money from my account every month , i’ve frozen my account but i. we’d to reopen as i’ve had a payment go in today . i’ve contacted them lots to ask them to stop! i didn’t sign up to My Time Rewards !

Hi -My Time Rewards has taken two direct debits of £15 from my account, without my consent on the 22nd & 18th December. How can I go about getting these funds returned? I really don’t like seeing direct debits that I have no knowledge of going out of my account. . Thanks, Kate

This morning (26/12/2022), my bank account was notified to be charged 15 GBP from My Time Rewards. I did not remember to register for any membership subscription for this. This must be a fraud!

GBP15.00 is taken from my credit card without my consent.

Two payments of £15 have been taken out of my account when i did NOT sign up for such a scheme

I provided my details as they were asked for to deposit cashback into my account - this is a scam and i want ALL OF MY DETAILS removed from your database and a full refund

after getting a railcard two years ago - my time rewards started taking money out of my account without consent. Is it possible for me to have this money refunded?

This started on 31 March 2020 and there have been 32 payments of £15 each which is a total of £480

My Time Rewards has taken £15 from my account and has made it a subscription to pay every month. I have never signed up for nor heard of this company. I have emailed them with no answer. I am considering contacting the police for fraudulent spending. They have my name and address without me providing them with this?

I've just noticed another £15 has gone missing from my account, but they never explain why. Apparently it's something to do with the Trainline service app, but I haven't used this service in years. Is there a way I can get my money back?
