My name is Dairis ***. It's January 2022. This company made me ask for a loan of $100,000. They took all the money and put solar panels on my house. Unfortunately, the panels don't work. They also promised to remodel my house, but instead, they ended up destroying it. Now, I'm left with a lot of debt and had to take out more loans to finish my house. It's a real struggle for me because I have to pay $500 every month for the $100,000 loan. On top of that, I still have to pay the $170 electricity bill with ***. To make matters worse, I have to pay over $2000 extra every month for the loans and credit cards I had to use to complete my house. I really advise against doing business with this company. This company put in a solar system on my place back in June . It's now September 2022 and I ain't seen no benefits or discounts on my electric bill. I've been payin' regular electricity bills to OUC and also payin' for a solar system that ain't doin' nothin' for my wallet. This Company, also known as US Going Solar, ain't fixed my problem since July when I started callin' 'em for help. They send folks to check the system and say it's workin' fine. Maybe the system is workin', but I ain't savin' nothin' on energy usage. Zero benefits. I need a solution right now. My house is under a lien 'cause of the cost of the system that this company already got paid for. Us going solar or my next home improvements ain't fixin' my big problem. Their so-called solar system is a total piece of garbage.

I have solar panels and a water softener installed with this company since 2021. I have 4 micro inverters that are not working but no one answers my calls to get it serviced. I have tried but the owner dissolve the company US Going Solar who was who installed my panels and he does not answer any of my calls or emails. He still has his company my next home improvement but he would not answer at all.

This compay and builder, My Next Home Improvement, Inc., is very unreliable. They never passed inspection and won't come back because they're broke and didn't fulfill our signed contract. They're really unreliable (will R). We signed the contract in December and they just finished on April 21. They never passed inspection and won't return our calls or complete their obligation. They owe us $7,500.00 and should be put out of business.

USGOINGSOLAR.COM - WILL R AND MY NEXT HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. PRAYING ON THE SENIORS AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE WILL R Failed to assist 75 YR OLD COUPLE in reaching promised goal. NEXT HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. determined the number of panels we would need to get our electric bill to approximately $11-$25 per month based on our prior use and anticipated additional use. After our bills showed that we did not get the expected reduction, we are paying $150-$200 monthly. I called WILL R and his assistant Paola O returned my call on 10/08. I emailed all 10 months*** STATEMENTS as of 10/13, she said WILL R IS ON VACATION. SHE SAID they do not see anything wrong with my energy bills. He spend 2-3 hours in my home selling us the SOLAR PANELS and now will not speak to us to solve this terrible problem. We are dissatisfied with MY NEXT HOME IMPROVEMENT INC and managing partner WILL R. CANT BELIEVE COMPANY WOULD ALLOW SALES PERSON TO LIE JUST TO SELL THE PRODUCT.

Part of the remodeled floor started to pop up only a couple weeks after the final inspection was done. Last November, I had the floor completely finished, mortgage and insurance inspectors came in and I reported no issues with the floor. On November 22nd, I noticed a small piece of the flooring had popped up. I immediately contacted Will with pictures of the floor. When he did reply back, he said he could get someone over to fix it. In December, he said someone was on vacation, so nobody came to fix it. I kept trying to get ahold of him to fix this issue, but nothing. Last Monday, he texted me that he was going to talk to me the next day. Never heard from him. I have left multiple voicemails with no response. The floor has now gotten worse. I have all call logs, dated pictures, and email correspondence. I also informed Will that I would be contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com to help with this situation. Again, I love 99% of my floor, but the other 1% has ruined the whole project for me. Will did great helping with my insurance company. It's a complete shame that his lack of communication has led me to file a complaint.
