I placed an order on 26th december with Myflowergift for a birthday gift to my little daughter. Myflowergift confirmed the order and delivery on 29th between 7 am to 9 am and I paid money including delivery and handling charges of INR 200. On 29th at 8.30 am they informed me through email that this place is too far and they were asking more charges to make delivery. I requested the refund and they are not paying back. When I tried called them they were so rude, I send whatspp message but no proper reply. Sent number of emails but the reply is disappointing. They blocked my number too. Later I realized from net that they are cheating lot of people and collecting money.

This is fraud company. I ordered to deliver a birthday cake on 20/09/2022 before confirming from their customer care chat dept. After payment I received confirmation mail mentioning date of delivery 20/09/2022.I again informed their customer care department about the order and requested to deliver on 20/09/22.They confirmed order will be delivered on same day.But birthday cake was not delivered. When I called their customer care no [protected] the lady over their responded rudely delivery not possible when I asked to refund she told they don't refund.

Ordered online for birthday cake after confirmation with the customer service.paid received confirmation mail mentioning delivery date. Again confirmed with customer care send them order no. Waited for 3 hr for birthday cake no call from their side.called again and came to know delivery not possible. Requested to cancel the order and refund which they refused. No delivery no refund what a service

I Placed an order 5 days before for white forest cake 1 k and 20 Red Rose Bouquet for my Wedding anniversary. After collecting the delivery address they have asked me to make payment of Rs. 2, 500 and agreed that they will make it as a surprise to my wife. After payment I received a confirmation email. On my anniversary day I got an email from them asking for an additional amount of Rs.300 for delivery. I argued with them that the delivery address shared earlier and the payment was agreed for delivery. After a long argument with them I forced to pay the additional Rs. 300 and after that also they did not deliver the item on anniversary day. Literally they spoiled our wonderful day. Again the after fight they delivered the cake instead of white forest one normal cake, bouquet without wrapper just a bundle of rosses. After placing your order NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS. I SAW THE REVIEWS NOW ONLY, MOST OF THE CUSTOMER HAVING THE SAME ISSUES.

Please don't use this site for ordering in future. I was the regular customer in this side. I will never use or recommend anyone.

I ordered birthday gift for my son with the order no#[protected]. while payment time I check with the support team of Myflowergift regarding payment and confirmed about the amount and payment done. Yesterday delivery time requested to pay more for delivery charges. I didn't pay and the item not yet received. So requested for refund the amount paid to my account. I have all proofs regarding the issue. Now when trying to contact, not picking the calls and once attented and shouted at me. They are not ready for refund. I lost my cash and My birthday gift for my son became worst. Kindly take action against them. They are fake delivery team.

Bloody cheats! Ripped off our money promising cakes, flowers and chocolates that we ordered. Bakery cake, Plastic flowers, no writings, HORRIBLE AND HORRENDOUS. 4500Rs taken to include the specific timings. Spoiled one of the most sought birthday. Curse them.

Their website is very colourful and as soon as you log in someone pops on the chat window to help you but they just trap you to make the order by giving false promises and once you place the order and your money is debited they don't deliver the product or never refund.

We placed the order for next day delivery order and the next day after we followed up, we got the answer that the cake that we ordered is not available. And the item cannot be delivered. We called the number +[protected] customer care, the lady does not know how to handle customers. We paid 2000 INR and never got what we ordered and she is shouting at us. What type of customer service is this? This site is absolute scam, please never order from this site, they are cheating customers by some false testimonials on their website.

I had ordered Cake for my sisters birthday worth 1500 inr. The day I ordered they assured same day delivery. The guy assisted promptly on the customer service chat and he is probably the same guy who attends the whatsapp as well on number [protected]. He checks the queries but never replies to them.
I got back to the customer chatroom thinking I would check on the status of delivery, but they never responded there too. Nowhere it is mentioned abt the delivery tracking. Its been 3 days now, no delivery has been done.
After 3 days they are asking me to pay 400 rs more for delivery to my place.
Its 100% fraud so please dont send any order from this Website friends

Plz make ppl aware asap.

I am very disappointed with service from you, I like to make a complain and want my money back or please deliver product as per shown on your website.

I have paid 2500 for the product of 20 red and pink roses where only 20 red roses delivered with not fresh flowers, teddy shows on photos and different in delivered with rubbish quality, cake photos shows on website are different than delivered and again rubbish quality.

I have paid 200 rs extra for fixed time delivery and I choose delivery time is 11th December 2021 and time 7am to 9am but they delivered on midnight which ruin all my plan.

I received a fake white vancho. The staffs are extremely rude when i asked for refund.
They used faul languages to em and after ordering they dint send any confirmation and after all begging they sent via email with incomplete confirmation as date was not mentioned on email when it has to be delivered. I need justice for this, i read the reviews its all v v bad... i need refund else i will go my maximum extends to get for compensation now...

Very poor quality of product. Not product as advertised. Made to pay more on day of delivery or would not be delivered No response to my complaint. Paid a good price over £30 what was delivered would cost no more than £2.50. Appalling, upset & saddened my dear friend received this awful gift. Money back or order sent as sold not the rubbish sent

I had ordered for a cake to be delivered, they stopped the order and have challenged me to get a refund on my own if possible as I informed them that I will be disputing the charges

I ordered Bunch of 15 red roses with 6 inch cute teddy & 5 dairy milk chocolates as midnight delivery. after the payment I got an email saying that they cannot deliver my order during midnight. when I ask the my money I paid extra for midnight delivery, they said that will be adjust for day time delivery which is free already. I received 10 roses instead of 15. they didn't refund anything. when I call customer support (+[protected]) the lady is talking without manners.

They are fraud.. As you reach their site, they will quicky contact you thru chat. Answer all your queries and b very helpful. Once ordered, wont respond to you. No delivery and no refund. The woman if you get lucky picks up ur call and gets rude with you. Its a scam. She needs to b reported. They take advantage of people's desperation to send something to their loved ones. Cheaters!

My flower gift - I had placed order for my parents anniversary of cake flowers dry fruits and wine. Wrong flowers delivered and no wine delivered. On asking they replied that the stores were closed so did not not deliver and that it will be delivered after stores open. I have constantly emailed stating need a refund, but the team Is adamant of not refunding.

I have ordered a birthday cake from MY FLOWER GIFT..for Delhi. While placing the order they were so polite..once our amount hit their account they will not respond..and even blocking on WhatsApp and not picking the call..The worst experience I ever had..so bad of you guys..
The best part is they didn't write the name of birthday person on the cake..they don't have even that much sense..
I will not prefer these guys for these kind of jobs.. so bad and not professional at all
