My Car (Richmond/Ottawa Branch)

Bought a 2019 *** Encore on Wed June 24/20 from My Car in Richmond/Ottawa. Not happy with the car at all. Called on Fri June 26/20 to ask about their return/exchange policy. Was told it only applies to mechanical issues or motor or transmission. I don't want this car, I want another vehicle. They have plenty in stock of lesser or equal value.

I got a 2014 Nissan Versa Note from My Car Richmond/Ottawa Branch with 106760 km on April 14, 2022. I picked it up on the 21st after some work was done. But when I drove it, I noticed it wouldn't go into gear properly, it was slipping. I called them and they told me to bring it in on the 27th. They found out it was the transmission and said it would take a week or two to fix it. But they ended up sending it to Ottawa and I only got it back on June 2nd. They didn't give me any paperwork until two weeks later, which was just an invoice. I asked about the warranty on the transmission, but I didn't get any paperwork for that yet.

The next day, I noticed a loud squeal sound and called them. They told me to bring it in on the 9th and said it was the belt. They put something on it, but the belt was fine. However, within hours, the squeal was back. Now it's July and the squeal is still there and the transmission is slipping again. I talked to them, but they said it was fine when they drove it back from Ottawa. I don't know what to do now because they aren't doing anything about it and I don't have any warranty paperwork for the transmission.
