I am a customer of vumatel fiber and do payment via mweb. On 30th June 2025 I made payment of R439 to mweb and later on when I did enquiries the agent informed me that I made payment into mwebs direct account and that they will refund the money within 5-10 days but I haven't received my money or heard from mweb. I have been trying to contact mweb by calling, email, WhatsApp and through the in app chat no help. I have proof of payment and it's attached here aswell. Screenshot of the chats with a mweb agent is also attached.
Desired outcome: I need mweb to please refund my R439 back into my account as soon as possible. Attached is proof of payment.
