This line is down since Wednesday. I am calling in the queue is always 17 and above before me. Just before 2 hours the line is disconnected time and again and you begin with the process all over again just to be dismissed again, Numerous OTP's is proof of this. I am on the line with the phone live chat and whatsapp. On the live chat and whatsapp you hold the line for the whole day. 5 Working days later and I am still not connected.

Claimed loss: Doentime for something I paid a lot No work can be done without wifi

Desired outcome: Line connected and better service for mweb's clients
