Our fibre e went down around 18h15. Tonight I decided to use the chat ootion on there app. It is now 1 hiur and 50 min later and no support. Every now and again the AI chat apologizes and informs me that I am a valuable customer. I am still in the queue.

How does a company stay in business with such pathetic service.

I have asked on previous occasions to speak to a manager. I am still waiting for him to call me.
