During april I got a message fom mweb that my account was going to be suspended for non payment. I checked my account I was up to date with the exception of r59 rand that was due on my email account. I paid in my fees for may on the 23rd of april a week before it was due so that should have covered the r59 that was outstanding, but my account was suspended and turned off before the end of april. I went to buy airtime spend r100 tried to get hold of accounts no response, tried sales, no response then technical no response time spent trying 13 minutes 7 seconds. I bought another r50 tried again got hold of technical they said they would put me thru to accounts no luck again time spent on airtime 17 minutes 38 seconds. I tried chat no luck I then tried chat again and got a response that read like "what can we do to put this right for you" like it was a bribe. I was told this was a typo error? I tried their whattsup asked is this mweb the reply, yes but its for sales. I contacted them again on this number asked is this mweb? Was told no and they blocked me. I have been now told I am going to go to the credit burea for owing them r59 yet I had no service at all during may - yet I paid them for this month. People stay away!
