i tried to rent some music gear from musicrentalcentral.com but they charged me twice and never got back to me. i left a bunch of voice mails and emails and even tried online chat but no one ever answered. their service is really bad.

So, I went on Music Rental Central's website to rent a musical instrument. I put in my order on November 18, 2022, and they charged me $299.80 for the first three months, which includes shipping. They gave me an order number, ***03. Then, on November 23, they charged me a deposit of $400.00. But, I haven't heard anything about shipping and they haven't responded to my emails or calls. Can someone help me get my money back?
They provide poor quality instruments and do not refund deposits

So, I tried out Musicrentalcentral.com and it was a total disaster. They charged me twice - once for the rental and once for the security deposit - but I never received the instrument. I tried calling them, but they never responded to my message. Now, my kid is super bummed and I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get my money back. Not cool.
