Service was scheduled well in advance and confirmed. Day of, got an update that it would be delayed several hours due to weather. Then later got called asking if 8pm was too late for me. I said fine and they came out, looked over the job, and completed it. They put in the long day and ended up doing a good job finishing at 9:15pm. The crew leader Chris gave his opinion on the concrete leveling before starting and was personable. Pretty happy with the results.

A very caring, knowledgeable and reliable team. The coordinator, Anthony, was easy to reach, answered every question simply so I could understand and helped me make the best decisions for my situation. Two projects involved Drew, Eh Dah, Hose, William, May who were all friendly, efficient, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Heith and Matt, supervisors, stopped by afterward to see the completed project and ask if I had feedback or questions. Highly recommend this team!

They came, they conquered, they left. Except for the things on the wall I would never know they were there. The cleaned up their work areas both inside and out. They were respectful of my time and my property. From the very first call, I felt like a valued customer. The salesman's integrity speaks volumes, the work crew was phenomenal. If I could change anything it would be for the crew not to fully tighten the bolts, so I would know how to do (tighten them to 80#) what needs to be done. I can not imagine calling anyone else for my future foundation needs. I just wish I would have remembered to ask for a sign for my yard!

What an amazing group of workers. They were professional, efficient, skilled and knowledgeable about the task at hand. They were able to close the gap caused by settling in our breezeway pillar and arch. Even looking close up one cannot tell we had an issue. The lead installer Johnathon was very good about keeping us informed about the process. The crew also took care of a couple of other issues we had and we could not be happier with the outcome. My experience with Thrasher started off rocky, but, it ended STRONG! Henceforth, I choose to focus on the final accomplishments and therefore recommend Thrasher. My experience with Jeff *** was EXTRAordinary! Jeff has remarkable leadership skills and is a man of integrity. He is an active listener and put actionable steps behind everything he heard! When he was added to the equation--everything flowed much more smoothly. He became the glue that restored the trust and faith that was previously broken. Zak called ahead and came to our home right on time. He was friendly, polite and professional. He even brought up our newspaper. We had a minor water issue in our basement. In the course of assessing the situation, Zak also checked our sump pump and cleaned our filter in the Sani-dry system. He also found some foundation issues on our driveway, steps, and sidewalk that he assessed while he was here. He showed me videos of what the work entails. We were very happy with the service. We will look forward to Thrasher coming to do the work in a couple of weeks. We have had Thrasher help us in the past and they always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. Linda G

Thrasher came in on an annual inspection and told us we needed to have $145,000 worth of work done on the foundation as it was about to fail. We were floored. This was to be our forever-home and we haven't experienced any problems at all. We had several other companies come out to evaluate our situation, and one of them said it was the best looking foundation in a 40 year-old home they had ever seen. Another said they could do some work for us, but it wasn't necessary. Thrasher was just trying to get more money out of us and using the annual inspection to keep coming into our home. Anyone with an annual inspection with Thrasher should be very skeptical of what they have to say. Double-check it with other companies. What they are doing is very unethical.

I had Thrasher do all of my basement work for the last 6 years. Yes my basement needed a ton of work from flooding to shifting walls. I wanted to make my basement bedroom legal for added squre footage and of course peace of mind. This would add another root for a fire escape if ever needed. Who better to work on it, nonetheless Thrasher! Mike and his crew did an awesome job installing my new window and window well. This job required digging and cutting into my foundation, which would make a big mess. Mike and his crew cleaned up well after themselves. For all of my basement projects, Thrasher has been professional, courteous to my property, to myself and my family. I would definitely recommend Thrasher to family and friends for all of their basement needs. Thanks Thrasher!

For hours I heard the loudest noise and my house was vibrating. I stepped out onto my deck on the side of my house to the sound of a *** 747 idling. I was almost taken down by carbon monoxide gaseous fumes. Thrasher was doing work inside my neighbor's house, I yelled at my neighbor sitting in her rocking chair on her deck, asking how much longer this was going to go on. She intentionally mouthed words obviously knowing I couldn't hear her over the obnoxious generator. After getting no answer, I walked to the front of my house to see what *** was going on. I discovered Thrasher had placed their loud, obviously outdated gas generator in MY front yard without my permission. This is not a good neighbor and this is not a good company, Thrasher not worthy of even one star.

Communicating with Thrasher was very easy. I spoke with a woman on Sunday, because I'd forgotten the arrival time Monday. :) I chose Thrasher because of Shane's knowledge, and also because he and other employees have been with them for many years. (They match a 401k, and otherwise treat their people right.) Jason and the foundation crew were super hard working, and experienced at what they do. They were very courteous, and answered every question I had. Jason was a definite team leader, and was even courteous & informative with a couple of questions I had after they'd gone! I appreciate the professionalism of Nick, leading the rain gutter crew with Mark, as well. (Keeping the wall support work protected by having decent rain drains. ) Everything looks great, and I have peace of mind that my house is rock solid now. I'm very pleased.

I have hired Thrasher to do 4 projects at my home. I have always been happy with the Thrasher people and the work that they have done. Today was no exception. Andy, Eddie and Hank were at my home today to repair the garage floor and damage to the driveway and the sidewalk. I could not be more happy with the end result. The men were professional, respectful, friendly and helpful. They made certain that I was satisfied with the work that was done and they we're happy to answer any of my questions as they went along. The Thrasher teams that have worked at my home over the past few years have always been on time and have always cleaned up immaculately when they were done working. Today's crew was no exception. I would have any of these three gentlemen back to work at my home at any time but I'm sure that it will not be necessary because they did an excellent job today. Special thanks to Andy, Eddie and Hank for a job well done.

I had a huge foundation issue on my house that needed to be repaired soon. After a few estimates I chose Thrasher. It was such an important decision with such a big important expense. I can not say enough good things about the team I worked with. From Neil who initially came and did the proposal to Bob and his team coming out and doing the work. Bob was super knowledgeable and walked me through some things before, in between and up till the end of my project. I was also impressed with the communication Neil and Bob had with making sure they were able to execute my job right! Bob knew my house before coming as he called the day before and I thought we would have issues under my deck with the limited spacing. Bob said not to worry he had already discussed that with Neil and even gone over the layout of my house with him! He told me we should be fine and we certainly were. I felt such a big stress off my shoulders but just the feeling that they knew how important this was to me made all the difference in the world to me. I highly recommend them to anyone who has foundation issues and looking for an amazing team! Thank you Thrasher!

Very disappointed with this company! From scheduling, communication, knowledge and work performance. This job did not start on the date it was scheduled and was suppose to only take two days the most to complete. They crew arrived late, not enough help which caused the job to delay about four days. After a couple months thinking job was done correctly, we decided to put sheetrock and tile back in place thinking no water and all would be good. But we were wrong! We had to call them back out because water started leaking in again. The gentleman that came out could not really figure out where the issue was but scheduled for a crew to come back out. He asked we remove tile and sheetrock again. They sent out a crew that did not even know what or where they needed to drill to fix the issue! We once again trusted that job was done right this time and gave it some time before we replaced again the sheetrock and tile. But we trusted too soon! Here we are a couple months later and we have water leaking in again. We called to have someone come out but set appointment 10 days away. I asked a Supervisor call me back but no response and no call as of yet. I will not recommend this company to anyone!

Very disappointed... I walked around the house with the representative before we signed the contract and nothing was mentioned about a secondary crack that appeared later. After they install the pillars and raised the sagging area the secondary crack showed up. The next day I met the workers there and the first one said he wasn't sure if that was there before the job or not and then moments later the second worker said it showed up after they left that evening, and then a few days later the person that we signed the contract said it was there originally. If that was a case and there was a crack there than there should've been a pillar installed under it. They immediately offered to put a sealant on the secondary crack and did a sloppy job getting sealant all over the bricks in the process and it started to rain and I think they hurried through it. One of the next workers offered to clean it up and redo it and never did. There was apparently a miscommunication on getting the holes filled back in with concrete so after approximately a week or so I contacted them and they sent out a different crew. That person filled only one hole in because he said the others were too wet. Another week or so later it rained an inch and a half the day before and the original crew came out and filled in the remaining three holes in there again in my opinion a sloppy job did not clean up the excess concrete around the edges and did not use a straight edge to keep the straightness of the sidewalk. The original concrete is by no means anything special but that's no excuse to have a sloppy job. Last but not least they cleaned their cement mixer out on the grass beside the job instead of taking it somewhere else or dumping it out in the street

I experienced countless issues with Thrasher from start to end. Our home advisor gave us the wrong instructions for accessing their 0% interest financing through *** bank. We were set up with the wrong loan and it took forever to resolve due to poor communication between their chosen lender, ***, and the company.

We then experienced issues with the individuals that showed up to perform the work. We originally choose anchor plates for 2 of our basement walls. The crew was unable to install some of the plates in the predetermined location (not a big deal for us) so they planned to come back a different date and install power braces where the plates could not go. Again, not a problem. The second crew that showed up, however, was clearly inexperienced. There was at one point 6 workers in my basement, most of whom appeared to be learning on the job. They brought 5 of the I beams into the basement, only to realize they were not the correct height and would need to be cut. They then spent the next 30 minutes in the driveway waiting for one of their coworkers to run to the hardware store so they could get cut wheels for their grinder and cut the I beams to the correct height. They did this in my driveway! Metal shavings throughout the driveway, and when I asked what they had going on, the crew leader played it off like this was totally normal.

I asked the crew leader about the payment that was due at the time of work being completed (only a %) and they said I could pay him directly with a check. I asked them if I could pay an additional amount on top of what was owed since we were partly financing with their bank and he said he needed to check with the office. He called his office and then told me they said it was fine. I gave him 4x what the monthly payment was.

After leaving scratches in our epoxy floors and taking off, I noticed they had left some of their power tools in our house. I called them and let them know. The crew leader then remembered that he would need to schedule an appointment with the city inspector and asked if I could be available tomorrow as well for that meeting. I told him "no" as it was very short notice and clearly wasn't organized and I was put off by their lack of professionalism.

They left us with a brand new torque wrench for tightening the braces. After a month or so, my wife and I began to tighten down some of the braces, per the crew's instructions. I couldn't figure out why the torque wrench was not "clicking" as it should when you hit the preset torque. I'm not that experienced with torque wrenches, so I was unsure what was wrong. I grabbed my older torque wrench from the garage and realized there must be something wrong with the brand new one supplied by Thrasher since the braces were nearly over-torqued already. I can't be sure that damage wasn't done to any of the braces or anchor plates since my wife had used the torque wrench before me.

When the crew came back for the city inspection, which I had to call Thrasher about and request since they had clearly forgotten, the crew leader acted like it wasn't a big deal that the torque wrench wasn't working. He then proceeded to perform a "baseline" assessment of the walls. Not sure how that makes any sense since we had been instructed to start turning the bolts once the crew left, and had been doing so. I'm guessing the baseline should've been completed before he left the first time, but that he messed that up too.

Additionally, about 1.5 months after work was completed, I get a letter in the mail from *** saying I'm 2 months delinquent on the loan. All this despite having paid the first 2 months' payments at the time of work being completed. I was furious since it could impact my credit score and I've worked extremely hard to get to a 790 credit score. This took numerous hours to resolve and caused my wife and me extensive stress.

Thrasher may have been great at providing quality service at some point in history, but it's clear to me that they're experiencing growing pains. Unprofessional, inexperienced crews? Miscommunication between home consultants and *** credit union? Time for them to reevaluate if they're growing correctly, rather than just expanding territory.
