A great job every step of the way! Their estimate was far more specific and detailed than others (we had a new roof and new gutters installed as well as indoor ceiling repair from a leak.) Their work crews were on time, courteous, careful, and answered all our questions. We had very good communication with the office, and scheduling was a breeze. We've already had multiple compliments from our neighbors, friends, and family members.

Just completed some renovation work at my sister-in-laws new place in New York City. Honey-Do-Men and the whole Honey-Do-Men organization operate at a top-notch level, from first encounter until the job is done. We couldn't be happier. We found Honey-Do-Men to be prompt, attentive, ready with great advice, affordable and always going the extra mile. They performed a wide variety of tasks for us over a very short period and the craftsmanship and the end product are better than expected and the work was done at such a great price.

Called the Honey-Do-Men to do a bluestone patio. They seemed professional at the time of the estimate and said they could do the job to my specifications. However, when the job started, only one worker was dropped off at my house without a car or truck and minimal tools. He ended up using our tarps and wheelbarrow. We had to remove the stairs to our deck ourselves as he didn't have a screw gun. He seemed to be a day laborer that they hired, and although he was a very nice person, communication was difficult due to the language barrier.

The patio initially looked beautiful, but the stones were not set properly, resulting in them being loose. Additionally, the edging around the stones is receding. In hindsight, I should have hired a masonry company that specializes in stone patios and excavation. They provided a one-year warranty in writing through a text message, so I will have to wait and see how the patio holds up during the winter with snow and ice. However, I doubt they will willingly fix the loose stones, as they claimed they would become loose again anyway.

If they had informed me during the estimate that the patio would not be intact, I would have never hired them. I don't believe they are bad people, but I think masonry jobs are beyond their capabilities. They should stick to cleaning gutters.

I love Hone Do Men! They are very reliable and always complete the job properly. I have used them for several projects and will continue to use them.

Honey Do Men sent me an invoice for services we never received and then they refused to correct it. They threatened us unless we paid for something we did not request. Then they sent it to a collections bureau who also threatened that we had to pay it since it would be less than hiring a lawyer. What a horrible experience. Dishonest and billing for services not ordered.
