Union Roofing Contractors is the real deal! They do a great job and they're always on time. They're really good at cleaning up after themselves too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. They're the best!

So, I called Union Roofing and they came over the next day. The guys were really nice and told me what they had to do to fix the roof. They even showed me pictures. I'll tell my family about them if they need a new roof.

Frank always calls back pretty quick and lets you know when he's coming. The work they do is really good. The people who work there are always nice and show up on time. They don't leave a mess when they're done. They explain things good and the prices are fair. They really care about making sure you're happy with the work they do. Thanks guys!

I saw my neighbor getting a new roof from Union Roofing Contractors, Incorporated. They told me that they had to replace the metal wall cap on my side of the roof so that they could finish her roof. It cost me $725. But when I looked at it, I noticed that some shingles were missing and the cap didn't extend to the edge.

I had my roof fixed by Union Roofing Contractors on June 16th. They gave me a guarantee for 15 years, which was cool. I paid them $4500 for the job. But in 2021, my roof started leaking again. I called them up, but they didn't come out to fix it. They wanted to charge me extra to come out. I was pretty disappointed because they didn't honor the contract.

Roof done up 3 years ago, but water drippin' from nails under new shingles. This caused damage to the floor and ceiling. I showed 'em photos, but the Union guy came twice and didn't fix it. They just said to keep an eye on it. The warranty don't cover inside damage, but if they don't fix it, it's gonna get worse. No tarp or nothin'.

On March 17th, Union Roofing came to my house to fix the roof. I asked them to close the red part in the middle of the white and the hole on the side at the very top. But they didn't do it properly. The red part is still there and the hole is not closed. They said they put trimming around the top, but that was already there before I called them. I called them many times, but they didn't come back to finish the job. They said they have other jobs and can't come back. I don't want them to come back anymore. I just want my money back so I can find someone else to do the job right.

I called Union Roofing 'bout a leak in my bedroom. Insurance sent some folks out, but Union said I needed to replace all the siding 'cause of damage. Ended up replacing everything on one side of my house and getting the roof recoated and inspected. Thought everything was good, but then it rained and water leaked inside. Then had an electrical fire and now parts of my house don't have electricity. All the work inside got ruined too. Found out they removed rotted wood outside and just put house wrap, which I can poke through. Union blamed me and said they cut corners to save money. I didn't ask for that. Don't wanna talk to them 'cause they keep asking for my husband. Discrimination much?

Union Roofing did work on my place on April 23. They called me up to say the work was done, but there was a problem. The workers broke my neighbor's window. I told the boss before that I didn't want them on my neighbor's roof because my right neighbor just got new windows and my left neighbor didn't speak English. I didn't want any trouble if something happened. But the workers didn't tell me or my neighbor that they broke the window. The boss said they knocked on the door, but nobody answered. They should have called me. I had to call them a lot of times to measure the window and then to replace it. But they still haven't replaced it yet.

They did a free estimate for our roof and quoted us $2400.00 to fix/coat it. I paid in full before the job was done. After 5 hours of work, the workers left. I texted them and asked for pictures of the roof since the job was complete. The next morning, they sent me a few pictures. A week went by, and I texted them to call me because a neighbor of mine who went onto his roof saw that my roof looked incomplete. They didn't reply back to my text, so after 6 hours, I called the office. The next day, the workers came back and told me they reported to them last week that the job was incomplete, but nobody informed me of this. I believe that if I did not call them, my roof would have been left incomplete. The area that was left incomplete was the area that was causing a leak, coincidence? After complaining, they said to me, "what do you want from me, it's just a roof." They compensated me with $200 off the next coating and a $10 gift card.

I got a new roof from Union Roofing Contractors, Incorporated in 2016. They said they would install all new plywood and insulation. But now, my roof has a low spot where water collects and it's turned green. It might be a place where mosquitoes breed. The roof has sunk in that spot and there's a gap between the roof and the siding. The gap is bigger in that spot than in the rest of the roof. My contract says I have a 15-year warranty. I talked to someone from Union Roofing on June 19th. They saw the difference between the roof and the rest of the roof. The guy called the owner and sent him pictures. The owner said he wouldn't pay to fix the roof. He said it was because my house is old and it settled. I don't understand why the warranty doesn't cover this. I was charged $4000 to replace the flooring and $4250 for the roof. That's $8250 for a small new roof. They also changed the type of roofing on the second contract. The first contract had a better and more expensive material. The second contract had a cheaper material. The roof looks terrible. I'm tired of this company taking advantage of me.
