I called spent about 45 minutes ordering a part for my weed eater. They sent completely wrong part. I called as soon as I got it. I had to pay for the right part again. Being told I would get a refund shortly. Today I called and the lady said in 1 to 2 billing cycles? Meaning 1 to 2 months. So you send the wrong part and hold my refund. I will not but from them again. The part coming better not be wrong.
