They deliberately ignore me and procrastinate, providing unhelpful responses without any timeline. Imagine this treatment as a VIP customer who has been registered with them since 19/12/2016. These years have been a clear example of questionable practices, causing me significant losses. All I asked for was my official documents, including the contract and financial statement, yet they blocked me from all communication channels. Can anyone rational defend such behavior? It's truly suspicious, and my case will be a bombshell in both legal and media circles, especially given the serious violations I've mentioned in other reviews.
