Borrowed 700 repayment was 910 requested a hold on one payment they were more then happy to honor my request yet never stated that the request would add another 17 payments to my account.

When discussing the rep was very unprofessional and kept stated the small print policy this loan has been paid but the continues.

I will close the Bank account that this interest is being drawn from

I have never borrowed money from this business. And would never, However they have called my phone and my place of business several times per day. This is absolutely abhorrent. It should stop. If I ever needed to borrow money I would not use this business due to these practices. This is embarrassing to have these types of calls to my place on employment.

My loan was $400 taken out on 4/5/2023. Money Messiah said the due balance was $460, and DID NOT mention what the total balance would be if I made payments instead of repaying in full. Now even if every payment is on time, my total balance is listed as $910. I've been working over-time every week desperately trying to make enough extra to end this. I'm a suffering "VIP tier 3" customer of 4 years. When I first became a customer, there was no exorbitant interest, you just paid the balance due. I came back to this business for the first time in three years in a moment of need, and I feel betrayed. I took out the loan because I was in a tight spot and thought it would ease my financial situation, but now I'm worse off than before. I will never do business with this company again.

I applied for a loan in December of 2021 for $1000.00. My first payment was $450. After that, my payments started going up. I borrowed 1,000 and am paying back more than my loan amount. I missed a payment in May of this year of $600.00. Money Messiah contacted me after I missed my payment and tried to pressure me to pay the $600.00 plus a $25.00 late charge. They are not working with me about this payment. I have told them over and over again that my husband and I are on a fixed income. They want me to pay my regular payment plus half of the missed payment. I would like the BBB to help me solve the issue with this company. For a $1,000.00 loan, I am supposed to pay back over $6,000.00. They did not reveal to me the interest rate that they are charging me.

Filing a complaint, because I was told my payments were going to be $140.00, monthly now they want to take $400.00 out of my account... Not acceptable. When I live on a low income..."these companies need to start being reasonable when taking money to repay their loans"... And stop charging high interest rates"... For those going through difficult times...".

I have never contacted this business. I do NOT want any contact. Have gotten multiple texts and phone calls. I will not divulge any information.

This is either a straight up Phishing scam or pure identity theft.
They should be fully investigated and shutdown

Multiple texts sent wanting information.. multiple phone calls. This company needs to plead with its Messiah cause they are a piece of crap scammer

They are not sending a hard copy of the document or agreement via USPS mail. I can not recommend this company because of the very very very high interest. I do not even have an account number. They did not give me an address. I send them a letter asking them to send me a hard copy of the loan via USPS mail.I would be much happier if the sent me monthly statement for my record. all I have is the bank statement that they are taking money from my Account. I am on a fix income. No hard copy of the agreement and no Account number.

My loan agent told me the rules and repayment requirements. She simply said if you do not schedule your payment a day ahead or on time you will be charged a fee and we will automatically withdraw from your account. So i paid online with my account a day early. They debited a payment as well will not give it back they knew they were mistaken. I could not pay my rent was $250. Short. I need help going to be evicted now.

Total rip off. Got a 900$ loan. Taking 270$ every paycheck and 1st 3 payment were interest only. That 810$ and i've not touch the principal. Now I hve to pay 360$ every paycheck and only 90$ go to the interest. I will file 4 bankruptcy before I get another loan from this company. [censored]. Then had the nerves to ask if I would refer anyone. Hell no! I would never ever send anyone I know to this company.
