Title of the Complaint:
Serious Violations by IQ Option Against Me as a Diamond VIP Client

Complaint Body:
I have been a client of IQ Option since [2016], and my account reached Diamond VIP status after trading over $1.2 million. Throughout my relationship with the company, I have suffered from several serious and alarming violations, including: Failure to provide the promised Diamond VIP benefits, despite meeting all eligibility criteria (deleted account manager was assigned, and I did not receive prioritized withdrawals as advertised). Unjustified delays in withdrawal processing, often taking more than four days even for small amounts, which violates their own published terms.

Refusal to provide a detailed account statement upon my formal request, despite it being a fundamental right under financial regulations. Major changes to licensing and terms without any prior notice, severely impacting my investment decisions. Accepting deposits via unlicensed intermediaries (such as transferring money to individuals via Papara and Bitcoin), raising serious concerns of illegal financial operations that put investors at risk. These violations have caused me severe financial and emotional harm. Therefore, I formally demand: Full refund of my funds with compensation for the damages suffered. A complete and official account statement covering all transactions. A formal apology and an internal investigation into the listed violations. If my demands are not met promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter and pursue all available legal actions internationally against IQ Option.

Note: All evidence and documents are preserved and ready to be presented to the relevant authorities.

Recommendation: I advise you to stay away from the platform completely because it is an untrustworthy platform. The number of violations that occurred with my account is enough to create a historical experience and case against the company.
