This company is terrible and has very little compassion. By the way they treated me, you would think I was beggin them to give me their own money when in reality I was askin for my own money to be returned after they made an unauthorized withdrawl.

3 payments taken out of my bank account, but only 1 payment made to the creditor. It's been 22 days overdue with a daily interest of $10. I'm not really happy with the service they provided. On 1/19, my wife was told that payments would be made on 1/20. However, as of today, 1/25, there are still no payments made to the creditor. This is affecting my credit, and they don't seem to care much. They keep giving the same excuses.

It's getting outta control with them late payments and lack of responses on their end. I get a voicemail every time I call and can't even register online to figure out what's goin' on. Been waitin' 2 hours for a call back. No wonder they're so busy 'cause they can't do their only job of makin' my payments on time, but they sure know how to take my money on time. DON'T use this service.

Things are gettin' outta control with the late payments and lack of responses from Equity 4 U, Inc. I keep gettin' sent to voicemail whenever I call 'em, and I can't even register online to find out what's happenin'. I've been waitin' for a call back for 2 hours now. It's no surprise they're so busy 'cause they can't even do their main job of makin' my payments on time, but they sure know how to take my money on time. I strongly advise against usin' this service.

My payments were taken out weekly to make my car payments. They decided to cancel me without notice. When I called them, they said I missed 2 payments. They tried to say they called me and left a message. There was no voicemail on my phone from them. They take payments out of my bank account. I will never use this company and I will let everyone know to never use this company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would give 0 stars.

They have one job, but they can't do it right. Everything is supposed to be set up for automatic payments, but somehow they miss or are late with the payments. If the dealership is handling it for you, find another place or get a real loan. When you get a loan, the lender should pay for the product in full. You shouldn't have to constantly check if the monthly payments are going through. It's ridiculous that it worked fine for 5 months and then suddenly fell apart. They don't take any responsibility for their mistakes.

This company said they would help me pay off my car sooner by taking an extra payment whenever I got paid a third time in a month. I've been leasing my car for 6 years and I only have about a year left. However, when I checked my payments, there was only a one payment difference from the original lease end date. I had to call and talk to someone to find out about this. The agent then told me about the $399 service fee that I've been paying. I wasn't happy about it, but I've already almost paid off the fee in one to one and a half years. So, where did all my money go?

Man, this is my first time checkin' out the reviews on this site and it's crazy how I'm goin' through the same issues as everyone else. I ain't never had a problem gettin' paid, but tryin' to get in touch with these guys is a freakin' nightmare. All you get is a voicemail tellin' ya to leave a message and they'll call ya back, but they never freakin' do. I'm startin' to think this ain't even a legit company. It feels like some dude sittin' at home in his room, just takin' our money and runnin' some kinda pyramid scheme. It's like they're stealin' from Peter to pay Paul with our hard-earned cash.

Looking at the reviews, you can tell that Equity 4 U, Inc. is a business that tries to avoid any responsibility. I bought a Kia Soul 2020 in June last year. The salespeople insisted that I use their service because it would allow me to make an extra payment every year by deducting money every two weeks. They made me pay $399 to sign up and $2.49 for each of the 26 deductions, which adds up to $64.74 per year. They claim to pay the extra two payments towards the loan, but in my case, out of the two payments of $235.37 that they collected, they only paid $67.61 so far. This means I lost a total of $335.52. In the first year alone, I'm looking at service fees of over $799.26 just for the privilege of using this company to make my loan payments. Be careful when dealing with this company as they charge extremely high fees for acting as a middleman payment service.

This company is a joke. I have paid enough ahead to skip a payment, and due to difficult times right before Christmas, I arranged for this through the bank my loan is through and these people dodged my calls left and right while I tried to make sure this went through on their end. Then the response I do finally get says they cannot do it. So they're pulling funds from my account and have yet to tell me where these funds will go, however did respond saying they cannot stop the transfer. Interesting as well, I've talked to the bank where I have my loan and they repeatedly told me this company was shady. Do yourself a favor and research this company before signing a paper allowing them to come between your finances PLEASE! They're a crooked company and I will never do business with them again!

I've been payin' on my car for 4 years and never knew I was payin' through this company. The dealership set it up, which we're findin' out was a sketchy dealership at best, and when I paid off my car they kept takin' out payments. They took money from my bank account twice before I was able to figure out who was even takin' the money. I contacted 'em and they said they consistently tried to email me but it never went through and when she read me the email it wasn't correct. Why they NEVER tried to reach me through mail or any other means, I have no idea. I wish I had known years ago 'cause I could have set up payment through the bank I was buyin' the car through! I'm gettin' refunded the money but it could take up to 6 weeks to get it back. This has been an awful experience all around! In the future I'll make sure that I set up payments through the bank that I'm buyin' the car!

This company, Equity 4 U, Inc., handles payments for lenders through car dealerships. My experience with them was a disaster. When I bought my car, the financing process was a complete mess. Meanwhile, Equity4U mistakenly sent my first payment to a lender that I never actually got a loan from. That lender received and kept my $300, and now I'm unable to get my money back. It's been three months, and I have no way to resolve this issue. I have to wait for a check from the lender they mistakenly sent the payment to, even though they already took the money from my account.

I talked to Ms. today at this place and she was really rude with no customer service at all. She sounded annoyed while talking to me and said that I paid for June and not July, but today is July 1st so I don't know what the problem is and why I have to pay directly to Capital One. She didn't explain the issues properly and didn't try to fix anything, she just wanted to quickly end the call. I called multiple times after that and she kept sending it to voicemail. The staff is terrible with customers, the service is awful, it's really disappointing.

I bought a car from *** and they arranged for Equity 4 U to handle my payments. They were supposed to send $179.53 to my lender, ***, every two weeks. However, they have taken this amount from my account three times without sending anything to the lender. *** called me to inform that my car payment is now 14 days overdue. It was supposed to be made on 4/5 for $354.07. I never received any emails or information from Equity 4 U explaining how this process works. Now they won't answer my calls or respond to my messages.

I bought a new car from Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fulton, OH. They arranged for my payments to go through Equity 4 U to GM financial. On 3/22 and 4/5, each payment was $145.38. GM financial contacted me on 4/8 and said they didn't receive my car payments. They told me to make payments directly to GM or face a late fee. So, I sent the payment directly to GM. I called Equity 4 U and told them I no longer needed their service. They asked if I wanted a refund or for the money to be sent to GM. I told them to send the money to GM. As of 7/18, neither GM nor I have received the money that Equity 4 U took from my account. I want to receive the money they took from me.
