Mr. Plumber was extremely professional whilst they repaired my broken water line. They were thorough in their initial assessment, recognizing the need to maintain sufficient distance from the sewer, which other plumbers had not. The repair team worked cohesively and identified a more efficient approach to bringing the new line into the house. They were respectful of my house, using booties and drop cloths to keep it tidy. Fantastic communication, fair price, quality work and great overall experience.

I called Mr. on Wednesday [protected]) to have the main drain in the basement cleaned out. *** arrived on Thursday [protected]) about 1 pm. He was very pleasant to talk to answering any questions I had. It appears that he cleaned out tree roots and opened up the drain after running the electric auger. I would highly recommend him for his skill and ability, as well as, his pleasant attitude and interest in my problem. I wish more service people had his outgoing pleasant attitude!

The plumber broke the main water line in my yard. Flooded my yard with gallons of water for 2hrs then came into tell me I had to pay for it. I saw these 3 guys laughing and spraying my neighbors cars as they drove by. I called in 4x over a span of 1hr 45min because no manager has either called me nor came to my house. It was the most unprofessional work I have ever seen and Im a project manager for a local contractor. Tore up my yard trying to fix everything. Then wanted paid after it was all done.Extremely bad

We had an excellent experience with a recent sump pump replacement. The technician, Kyle, was timely, courteous, and proficient. He explained the job well, answering questions we had in a thorough, courteous manner. His work appears to be neat and professional. Clean up at as the job finished was great. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. We have had interactions with three of their technicians and all are top drawer. Scheduling and on-site coordination is excellent. Clearly a well organized and well managed business.

They are great! Showed up within the appointment window and were courteous and knowledgeable. *** came on Tuesday and because of some restrictions with our plumbing pipes he set up an appointment for *** to come do a drain clean out on Thursday. *** let us know that we may have some tree root issues and set us with another appointment for someone to come and take a look with a drain camera to verify what the issues are. We appreciate the knowledge they shared with us and their commitment to doing sound work for people.

Needed to have the sink faucet replaced. When we contacted service, we were able to get an appointment in 2 business days. On the day of the repair, the plumber assessed the problem and provided us with 4 options. No pressure on which option to choose. After making our selection, the service / replacement was performed. The *** with the plumber was excellent. He answered all of our questions on the replacement. Very satisfied with both the plumber and the company!I would highly recommend this company for any pluming service or repairs!***.

The Mr. by Metzler and Hallam service team did an excellent job of installing a new water heater and water softening system in my home on short notice when my old water heater quit working while I had a house full of guests. *** was polite and professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. He took extra care to explain the new systems to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend *** and his Mr. team to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.

I really feel scammed today your tech came out looked at my water softener for 30 seconds and went and gave me a price quote of over $600 I did not pay too much more for my softener. I think thats really ridiculous and unprofessional and a very bad representation of your company. I will not be using *** air Mr. or any other companies associated with you. You will be the last company I will recommend to people I know, friends, or family. I think your company needs to rethink how you practice and approach your customers and your customer services. I am very glad to pay the $94 service fee all for nothing. Good luck to your company and I feel sorry for any of your customers, everyone deserves so much better. What a scam! How do they expect me to trust them for a bigger job, when they already billed a mountain for a molehill issue? Although the plumber *** did a great job replacing the one small valve I needed to hook up my dryer, which took him about 20 minutes, he overcharged me and spent another hour at my house trying to pressure me into replacing all the plumbing in my house for $4500. I had to ask him to focus on the issue and stop rambling so I could get other things done that day. He charged me $600, of which $400 was for all his extra diagnostic/sales work, not for my actual issue. I politely asked him to reconsider and adjust the fee, and he declined. Then I talked to customer service, and although they promised to respond the same day, I never heard from them again.

We have been customers of Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber since 1985 (35 years). In 1985, we built a new house and Williams Comfort Air installed our heating/air conditioning. We eventually entered into a service contract agreement with them, which covered the yearly maintenance for both units. After 25 years, my husband thought we should invest in new, upgraded heating and A/C systems before we experienced equipment problems. Over the years, we have purchased a new water conditioner, hot water heater, sump pump with battery back up system and a WiFi thermostat which is connected to our cell phones for total control/viewing at any time and any place we are staying. All are covered with their maintenance agreements. Anytime we need service, Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber are ready to help us and they take great care not to soil/damage our home. Their pricing is very competitive and all technicians are highly skilled. We have never been disappointed in their products or service.

We lucked out! We needed someone to replace the water inlet house to the toilet on the weekend. Not only was the lady answering the phone super helpful and understanding, but we received updates on arrival time and background on the plumber who came out as well as a photo. When he got here, *** communicated with us about everything he would be doing, gave us the cost upfront, and went out of his way to help us with an installation we were working on (to the toilet) at no charge.i took the opportunity to ask hima few questions about an upcoming renovation we have planned. The materials and equipment they use is top notch, based on the research Ive done before. The company even has a division that specializes in installing tankless water heaters. AND they can replace sewer lines without digging (wish Id known about them!) Even the replcement float valve was better quality than the (newish) one put in by the other plumber we had hired for a previous job. Well definitely be asking them to bid for our renovation - so hapoy we stumbled onto them!

I looked on the Mr Plumber website and saw that they do a $93 drain cleaning that says they will unclog any drain for $93 or it's free. When I called, I confirmed that all we had was a drain cleaning and the lady I talked with said that it would be $94 plus any needed repairs. The technician was a really nice guy, and they didn't end up doing the work or charging us anything, but I feel like it's incredibly dishonest writing all over their website and advertisements that it's a flat fee for clogs, and then showing up and saying that that only applies to residential buildings, and that the clog IS a repair not covered under the flat fee. They wanted to charge us $94 to come out, $350 to unclog the drain, and $200 to unbolt and lift up the toilet. I completely understand that they want to advertise things that get your attention, but not clearly stating the costs just feels incredibly unscrupulous and deceitful to me. Again, I'm thankful that they didn't end up charging us charging us for coming out, but this makes me incredibly wary of them as a company.

Mr. did a nice job coming out within the time frame stated. However, knowing exactly what the problem was as I stated on the phone, I wasnt informed of the actual cost until after arrival. I was expecting about a $250 fee, which included the $47 after hours fee and the $96 quote for the roto-rooter, so I did expect a little more, even $100 more, but I did not expect a job that literally took 5 minutes to cost me $386! Not even a surgeon makes THAT much an hour! I didn't feel the cost running a line down the toilet *** was as they advertised. I was not informed that a rental property is actually double the amount of a residential property until AFTER they arrived, and I informed that it was a rental when I called for service. The young man who did the service was courteous, informative and professional. It's a shame the young man didnt make any more money than the $15 an hour he was likely getting paid. And of course being a rental, I had to have it done ASAP to service my tenants, so I was stuck. Shop around, andask these questions when getting service!

At first everything seemed great. Mr. was friendly and prompt. They were able to get a quote for my sewer replacement and get me scheduled quick. I had a contract to replace my existing sewer line.Around 9 months later I have issues with the sewer backing up and flooding again. Turns out they didnt replace a portion of the line and there was a root ball in that portion. I was fed a story about how they were trying to save me money but everything they listed as trying to avoid, was all stuff they had to do in the original work. Block the alley, haul away stone, replace stone, and get permit. I've been trying to talk to a manager for over a month and am getting no where. Repeated calls and emails with a response of "They havent forgotten you and they will get back to you."If they don't resolve the issue caused by their negligence then I am filing formal complaints. They should have replaced the entire existing line per the contract. At the very least they should have inspected the line when they finished and seen the roots. Considering we spent $20k I expected better service and am dissapointed.

mr plumber sent me a letter sayin that i owe them $373. the letter said they tried to work with me but i never had any bills with them. i never used them at this address and they never talked to me bout this before. now they wanna send me to collections for money i dont owe and services they never did. this is fraud.

Service date - 02/22. I had a bad experience with Mr. Plumber. They didn't do a good job and their marketing was dishonest. I paid $94 for nothing. When I signed up for the leak diagnosis, they didn't explain the terms of service clearly. The technician came and said it was an HVAC issue, not a plumbing issue. He also said that if another technician came to check the HVAC problem, they would charge me $94 again, even though they offer both services. They didn't tell me this when I signed up. The technician even tried to sell me a yearly membership.
