Technicians *** and V did a great job installing a new A/C Mitsubishi equipment. They faced some challenges along the way, but they took their time to sort everything out and finish their job very well. They arrived on time on both days (2 days) to finish it promptly. Thank you guys. Everything works well. Jonathan also came to provide some feedback during the work, which was much appreciated.

Our experience today and yesterday with Peter Levi Plumbing, Inc. and the entire Peter Levi team has been positive. We are notified of appointments. The tech agents are polite, hard working, considerate in keeping your home nice and clean. The whole process from assessing the work to completing the work in a satisfactory manner has met all of our expectations. We highly recommend Peter Levi for all your HVAC needs. Thank you!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:00-10:00. Right at 8:00, I got a call from their office informing me that their technician was on his way. Then, at 8:45, I received a call from the technician himself, letting me know that he would be at my house by 9:00, which he was. The technician was very nice and polite. He did the job efficiently. After he finished, I asked him to program my thermostat, and he gladly did it. He went above and beyond to assist me.

We had to do a full replacemnt of our HVAC - including pulling out all the old ductwork. The Peter Levi crew worked so hard and they were so thorough - but they also took pains to keep the dirt and dust down and to contain their work area, despite it being a huge job. They really went above and beyond. We ended up with a lot of employees helping with this big job and every one of them was masked, diligent and friendly. Everything turned out great, and we used Peter Levi again, a few months later for a small plumbing leak. They were great - we will definitely call on them again if something goes wrong.

They were nice, but it cost me $375 just to pull a toilet, and that was after I had a fit about the $600 estimate! Don't be fooled by the $77 deal. Also, we didn't have a clean out, and they estimated $3500-$5000 to put one in. What do you get from that money? They dig down about 3', cut a pipe, put a T in, and fill up the hole. Really! So the last thing is that they scoped the drain from the house to the street and gave me an estimate for $8800.00 to fix it. They said it was severed. I called the City of Santa Rosa utilities department, and they came and scoped it and said it was FINE! The plumber saw the connection to the city pipe and tried to sell that as severed! I even hired another plumber to confirm who was telling me the correct info, and he said the same thing the City did! I feel so manipulated by this company. It's a good thing I got a second and third opinion.

Don't hire Peter Levi Plumbing for anything! I hired them to fix a leak in my bathroom drain. They had to cut the ceiling to find the leak and do the repair. The guy came unprepared. This was a ceiling repair and he didn't have a ladder or tarp to cover the floor. He didn't have the right parts and had to go out twice to get more. When we tested the repair, it was still leaking. He said he forgot to tighten something. When I tried to close the bathtub drain, the lever on the overflow didn't work. He said sometimes they don't work and just looked at me. I told him I couldn't plug the bathtub and that was not okay. He went out and got a plastic manual plug. I told him that wasn't okay. He said he had another job and asked what I wanted to do. Did I want a discount? I had to order a longer plunger arm and fix it myself. He scratched the tub in a few places and gouged it around the drain. When another guy came to fix the ceiling, he saw the plumbing and said it wasn't up to code. Peter kept saying it was right. There were many problems, like parts not glued and too much putty coming from the tub drain with the gasket upside down. They also used a 1 1/4 inch P-trap, but the minimum size for a bathtub drain is 1 1/2 inches. The plumber I hired charged only half of what Peter did. Peter only refunded 50%, so I lost $1000 to Peter Levi. When I talked to them about installing a water conditioner, their guy asked why I wanted that instead of a salt-based water softener. I told him salt water softeners are illegal here. He was surprised, and I had to show him on the internet. He told me they've been installing salt water softeners in residential areas here. This company is not following the rules.

We just bought a house and within a week of moving in, we had a big plumbing problem (pipes cracked, roots in pipes, *** under the foundation, etc etc). Since the previous owners used Peter ***, we called them first. They came quickly and even sent a manager when things got complicated. That manager, ***, told us a long story about how he knew the house for 10+ years (while working for Peter *** and another plumbing company) and how the previous owners knew about the problem but did nothing. He gave us lots of details about the house and its plumbing issues and promised to write a letter with everything he told us. But then he stopped responding to my emails and I never got the letter. The project continued and we contacted the previous owners who then contacted Peter ***. At that point, *** took back everything he said to us. So, was *** lying to get our business? Will Peter *** and his staff say anything to get your business? Or did he lie later when we needed him to be honest and stand by his words to help us out with the expensive repairs that the previous owners didn't disclose? Besides being dishonest, Peter *** is way too expensive. Their quote was $20,000 more than what we actually paid, and they recommended unnecessary work that would have ruined floors that didn't need fixing (and then *** conveniently recommended a contractor to repair it). I don't recommend this company. You can't trust them. They're overpriced and lack the qualities I look for in a company that does repairs in my home.

They deceived me by charging me 345.00 for a 40.00 A nice. Andvwouldnt help me when I complained.

Very quick response to our call and problem corrected right away. Service technician arrived on schedule, was professional, clearly explained what work was needed, was respectful and wore appropriate protective gear for both cleanliness and for virus protection.

has been super competent and helpful with the water leak we have between our house and the street. He located the source of the leak quickly, dug out the area and gave us a plan to move forward - going over our options in detail and explaining what Peter Levi's services entail. He installed a temporary fix so we have water again and described in detail the process for using a pneumatic "mole" to replace the water main without ripping up my fruit trees and butterfly bushes. Thank goodness we found this company and *** is solving our problem!

An excellent overall experience. Interaction regarding inquiry about a new water heater was prompt and courteous, and informative. Installation was accomplished the next day, after their service technician, ***, had come to the house to discuss what we would need. He provided concise information, shared technical detail about the unit and the installation, and did not attempt to up sell us on the equipment. Price availed to us displayed appropriate flexibility, and the actual installation was thoroughly professional. Took the time he stated, and the area was left clean and tidy.

I called up Peter Levi Plumbing on the morning of 12/21. They said no technician was available until after hours (4pm) and it wouldn't be $149.00 but the $199.00 overtime rate. But, I got a text from the technician at 2:43pm saying he was on his way. That was way before the 4pm overtime charge. But, they still charged my card $199.00 (Invoice ***). Then, on a second visit on 12/24, they charged me $600.56 for pulling and resetting a toilet (Invoice ***). I was okay with that since I agreed to it, but later I found out that my Store Manager was the one who actually did the job. I totally understand the $2073.89 charge for the hydro-jet service. But, I don't think I should have to pay for a part of the service that the technician didn't even do.

We bought a new electric HVAC and AC system from Peter Levi Plumbing, Inc. back in March (that cost roughly $15k). A 1-2 day install turned into a 1-2 month installation. The system has not worked properly since the date of installation (zones don't work, dampers not working properly, wiring stopped working, have gone through multiple control boards, etc.). They've come out over a dozen times to fix various issues which ended up being temporary Band-Aids. Last week they decided the system was wired improperly and had to re-wire the entire system. That was after we had no heat for days so the house reached 50 degree temps. Now we have heat but no zone control so upstairs is about *** the high 50s. We have been running space heaters which is has been very taxing on our electricity consumption. It's so hot upstairs that we are putting holiday guests up in a hotel because they can't sleep in the heat. I have now been told they are waiting for parts to fix the zoning issue. This is after the technician who was in our house last week told us he had the parts but no time to do the work. We have been exceptionally patient with this company because the workers who come out are all very nice but at this point I feel like we have been taken advantage of and need them to simply fix the unit so it runs the way it's supposed to or replace it with another system that works. Because we have paid them in full, we are no longer a priority for them. I just want them to get this job done and done correctly since we paid a lot of money for something that has never worked properly. I can provide documentation of whatever you'd like to see (purchase contract, etc.) and document the *** times they have been to our house to attempt to fix. Please let me know.
