Josh was very professional, on time and was helpful. I was shopping around but the service I received I will be using them.

On January 15, it was about 2 months after the electrical work was done when we found out that 2 bass guitars worth 3-5k were missing. The police questioned one of the techs on the job and he admitted to taking and selling the instruments. He said he bought both for $100 each because that was all the cash he had on him at the time. We think this is a shady claim because his court records show that he had many debt collection judgements against him and he was under wage garnishment while working on the job. The homeowner, who is 85 years old, says that this transaction never happened. I had to spend $1600 to get the instruments back from a local music store. Dealing with this issue has taken up a lot of our time. The company has not reimbursed us for anything and they have stopped answering our calls. We believe that the first responsibility of someone doing this kind of work is to not cause harm. Because of this, we are not satisfied with the work and we don't want to pay for the harm that was caused. The Westerville Police have a report on this incident.

Very responsive and efficient in finding the issue. Always pleased with the technicians who do the work. My only less than positive comment is that they are pricey, which is why it is not a "5" star.

I was able to get a quote same day as calling (Saturday). He was actually willing to do the work right then but issues with our local store to pick up some needed items (pandemic lines), we agreed Monday was fine. He was late for the appointment on Monday,but he was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I believe we got a fair price and we will recommend Mr. Electric!

Neighbor's large tree limb fell across roof damaging the electrical box and pulling away from the house. Ivan, field tech, came to the rescue. He did a great repair job, but was also courteous efficient, answered all questions, and patiently explained (sometimes more than once) next steps after the install/repair. We also had several contacts with Dion from the front office. He also was courteous and efficient, but more importantly, went above and beyond in connecting with our city inspection office, who seemed to be dragging their feet. He made several calls to that office and contacted us with updates along the way. Even taking a call at 6:30 a.m.! Will definitely use Mr. Electric again and hopefully will have the opportunity to work with Ivan and Dion again.
