I was home alone and asked my husband to order me sushi from Tataki in Greenvalley. The driver came to my gate swinging the packet and said its R120. I asked him for the packet so I can check the order. He refused to give me the packet and asked me for what do I want to check the order. I said I want to check to see what I ordered is actually in the bag. He still refused and very intimidatingly told me in a very high pitched way that I must learn to treat people fairly. He was so loud that my neighbors sitting outside next door actually rurnedand turned and looked coz its like he just screamed at me for delivering food. He was very aggressive and intimidating and I felt very unsafe. I did not even open the bag I just went to bring the cash and called my husband while doing so telling him to find out the drivers information based on the order placed as he is screaming at me. Whilst I was on the phone and handed the money over to the driver he continued screaming I just turned, grabbed the bag of food that I kept on the char and ran inside my house and locked my door. This was the most bizarre experience I have ever had in my life. What is Mr D's policy for harrasment of a woman by a driver? Also when I opened the food which the driver was carelessly swinging all of it was all over the place and messed. I ordered 4 pcs of sushi...none of which remained in tact it was like a container of rice and smush.

I am guttered. Next time I will not be as nice I will defend myself and that is a flippen promise.

Claimed loss: R120
