I wish I could give them a better review. Years ago [protected] I purchased used camera gear from them regularly without issue. Now my last two orders in [protected] I was sent equipment that was suppost to be excellent and both had major flaws. The lens I ordered in 2022 was described as excellent. When it arrived the focal ring was warped and hard to move. As I don't manual focus much I kept it and moved on. Now in 2026 the camera I ordered that was described as excellent came with a battery that would not charge. The charger indicates there is a fault in the battery. The camera would not store user setting once turned off and back on. Once off then on all setting returned to stock settings. Who wants to have to change all the settings in a professional camera everytime? Luckly I was able to correct the setting issue with a firmware update. I traded some really well taken care of gear for what I "hoped" would be gear in the condition they advertise. I started the return process for the camera and guess what? customer service is nonexistant. It's been over 24 hours and I have yet to have a live call or chat with a real person. Call me stupid because I am updating all my gear I sent more in to be traded. This was all done before I knew the issues I would have with the camera trade. Knowing now I should have went to my local camera dealer and traded. It feels like MPB is starting to scam people.
