I have contacted customer service *** with an issue about my wireless speaker bought from them 3 years ago. The speaker no longer works without it being plugged in and the speaker has other issues. At first they were responsive and I attached pictures along with the info they asked for. This was 4 weeks ago and no response since I emailed them. I have since forwarded my response 3 times but no answer. I am very upset since the speaker was over $200 and expected some type of customer support. They havent tried to call nor email back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
