Motel 6 review: Services rude front office employs

I requested a down stairs room I called 4 times before my visit and was guaranteed I would get one! When I got there the bottom floor rooms we not available! The same day I had to goto the office there was no toilet paper the receptionist asked how long I was going to be there and reluctantly gave me a roll! Next day left for the day came back the room has not been touched by the maids again I went to the office and said can I at least have clean towels she asked me again! How long I was staying rudly and gave me towels! She asked if I had dirty towels? I said yes she asked me to put the dirty ones in the maids cart. Omg! Well I did put the dirty ones in the bathtub when I left I have been staying at that location for 15 years family lives in sun city calif. Always courteous rest staff. Till the visit this time?
