I bought a sectional on April 8,2023 and not only did I have to have another piece delivered due to it being completely broken on one arm when delivered, the side with the footstool cushion is already breaking down. I have only had this for a little over 6 months. I am so dis satisfied with the quality of this sectional. The price I paid for it, it should not already be showing signs of breaking down. It not only in this seat it already seems to sink, it also sinks in the corner where the two pieces connect.

I would love to return this and replace with something better quality.

I bought a bedroom suit through Ashley furniture that I love, but I am extremely dissappointed in this sectional. I am having to put something under the cushion to lift it up so you you don’t feel like you’re sinking.

Would there be any way to replace this with something else?

I would consider replacing with something more expensive if the cost of this one can be deducted.

I’m going to try to show in pictures how bad it sinks in already, the only way I know how is to use a ruler, but I know pictures will not even justify how bad it sinks in already.

Desired outcome: My desire would be to replace this with something better built, even if it cost more I will pay the difference, minus a few hundred for the use of this one for 6 months.
