Jumpsuit
Horrible company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them and after a month I recieved the item. They charged $13 in shipping for a $12 jumpsuit. The material on the jumpsuit was garbage and it didn't even cover my breast. I asked for a refund she said I got the wrong size and to send pictures. I sent them showing it was not enough material on the jumpsuit to cover my breast. She sent me P
pics that were not the same pics on the website. I sent her what was on the website and She basically said oh well she wasn't refunding the jumpsuit.
Desired outcome: Refund but they are not interested in giving one

I made my order in august and still nothing
I made my order back in August and still haven't received anything. They took my money very fast but I did not receive a payment confirmation and no tracking number. www.moonosa.com is a scam website and their company is located in China. I would not recommend them to anyone, they will take your money and will not ship your order. There is no way to reach them because they do not reply to emails and don't pick up the phone.

Avoid the company www.moonosa.com. I bought lingerie from them, but the seller overcharged me for the order and for the shipping costs as well. I was shocked, when I noticed for what sum they have charged me. I sent two emails to the seller and asked to return money back and started to teach them that it was bad to fool customers. But the seller didn’t care and hasn’t reacted to my emails.

The worst company ever please save your money. The quality of clothing is horrible and all wrong. They rip off American styles and pictures and attempt to make them and they are horrible. They are cut all wrong and the material looks to be that of American Halloween custumes. Please don't waste your money. There is no way to get your money refunded. If you buy from them you will be sorry. Walk into a store and purchase what you can see and feel many stores carry the items that they are attempting to duplicate. Always remember you get what you pay for.

i have do bussiness wth them over 3 years, all are good. but sometimes some items maybe out of stock, and it may take extra 1 work day to reprocess my order. Hope moonosa could do better in it. But it worth to try for new shoper.
