I sent a photo of my hair to Hairextension buy & asked them to recommend a colour to match mine. On their recommendation I purchased hair extensions. When I received it the colour did not match mine at all. I requested a refund & they said I would loose 30% because of restock even though they had chosen the wrong colour match for me. I agreed to send it back & have an exchange. I sent the item back, they received it & claimed they haven't. So now I have no hair extension & have lost $125. They now have both my money & hair extension.
They are a fraudulent company & I would never by anything from them again.

Same thing happened to me they send terrible quality and will not refund because I only opened the package they want me to order again and get a slight discount but refuse to tell me how much of a discount they will refund me a discount once I place an order lol ya right not doing that again how do I get my bank to deal with them?

Don't buy from these people! Took 3 weeks to get my extensions then when I got them they promised I could dye they from a lighter to darker if I needed. I did and the dye washed right out! And that only happens when extensions are synthetic hair. Not human hair. I've never had this problem with other extensions I've bought over the years. And we all know extensions aren't cheap you have to pay good money for them. So when I emailed with customer service they were absolutely no help. Had 5 different people answering me and pretty much the same email everytime! I can't get my money back or return them for new ones. Which at this point I would have taken either. I've learned my lesson hopefully nobody else has to.

I too made the mistake of buying from hairextensionBuy.com. I didn't know I was buying from China until I received the package and saw the writing on it. The so called micro link hair extensions (2 packs) 16" arrived but the hair tapered off at about 9" to a few strands at 16". The Co. said I would need to buy their "custom" hair extensions in order to have the hair the same length.? When I buy in America, all the hair is 16". I also ran my fingers through the hair and the hair kept falling out? I had a huge pile of hair just from running my fingers through it. Save yourselves, don't buy from this Co. I'm attemping to send the crap back but I had to pay $47.00 in shipping back to China. Then the Co. says to put a value of $20.00 for the 2 set of extension----shady company. NEVER AGAIN!

Extentionbuy is a rip off . I rdered tape in hair off this company . I am a trained hair extension specialist that applies micro rings . I thought I'd try these tape in as a new way to offer my clients . I brought the hair to use in my own hair first .it took 3 and a half weeks for them to arrive ! Was ok until I washed them a week later . I use special shampoo and conditioner for hair extensions . I lost about 6 and a lot slipped .The hair became very dry and brittle I managed to make it look decent for one day then had to plait it . Again I left it a week and washed it again omg it was worse and couldn't do anything with them so I then had to remove them . I paid £75.00 GBP for these . I then emailed the company on many occasions only to be fobbed off every time with very poor English and a offered of 5GBP every time . I then got in contact with PayPal they are now dealing with the company DO NOT BUY not REMY hair ..

To all above: Find a local Beauty Supple store.

I ordered from the website and my order still says processing. I tried to call but the number keeps ringing then disconnects. I finally got someone on the live chat, and they said they didn't know why my order was not processed and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 24 hours I contacted them via live chat to ask about my order. They said my order was out of stock and it would be another week until I got my items. I won't hold my breath. I filed a claim against them with my bank and luckily got my money back. Biggest SCAM EVER!

Hairextensionbuy is a rip off.. Takes weeks to deliver, because they're coming from china . There is noooo customer support.. Tried calling and emailing with no response . Finally got an email confirmation of order 10 days after my account had been debited, with an incorrect tracking number. Finally received hair only to discover that the "100 per cent human remy hair " had on the packaging "please dampen hair, do not wet or will soak up like sponge" ! Can you imagine me gluing them to my hair an then couldn't get them wet! Tried returning them, on the packing slip it says to contact merchant for return packing details, but of course I couldn't contact anyone. Oh and In bold letters there's a 30% restocking fee and I'm to pay for return shipping to china ! What a rip off ... Do not buy do not buy do not buy ... Oh and to further explain how fraudulent they are they wrote "please write value of product 20$ less on packaging so as to avoid taxes" hate hairextensionbuy

I don't understand what you want them to do? You have all the extensions in your head.

I have placed an order there 6 weeks ago and never got an Email that my order has even been registered, so after 2 days I canceled it, but no one confirmed. After 2-3 weeks I received my pack of clip ins although I sent like thousands of Emails to them, that I don't want it anymore. They took my money over credit card and now I want it back. My bank is about to do this, I hope. But this isn't the end of this story: hairextensionsbuy.com says it's only 5 Euro (I'm from Germany) to ship it via FedEx, when your order costs more than 75 Euro. Now I've got a bill from FedEx and the tariffs agency to pay. This is sick! This is fraud! I don't want to pay that, even though I'm afraid I don't have a choice.
