I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with MoneyGram's customer service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via messages and emails, I received no response whatsoever. My application was abruptly closed without any explanation or follow-up.
The app repeatedly asked me to upload my ID, which I did several times, but it was never accepted—again, with no feedback or comments to clarify the issue. There was no transparency or communication throughout the entire process. This lack of responsiveness and support made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.
MoneyGram seriously needs to improve its customer service and provide better guidance for users facing technical or verification issues.
